+ Simple room, booked cuz it could accommodate foreigners late at night.
- Waking us up at 7am next morning to ask for passports was rude, bed is rock solid, no bathrobes, no shaving kits.
Asked for non smoking room, ashtrays and cigarette burns around. Noisy cleaning stuff.

My husband asked to find a hotel near the bus station to stay. We were completely deceived by the hotel photos provided by Ctrip. The hotel lobby was very large and it had a three-star rating on the door. When you enter the guest room on the floor, you will find a lot of bugs. My husband and I have been working in hotels for more than 20 years. We are very disappointed with the cleanliness and facilities of the room. We also changed to a same room type and it was still terrible. Dirty carpets, windows, air conditioning vents; there are pictures and the truth. I really don’t know how the managers of this hotel manage it. It’s not as good as a B&B in Songpan County.
