This is the first time I have given a bad review to a hotel. It shouldn't be so bad for a three-star brand like Vienna! The bedding was rotten in more than ten places, and there were even big holes. It was obvious that the bedding had been used for too long and was still in use. The experience was extremely bad! I stayed for two nights. It was early in the morning when I arrived at the hotel on the first night. I didn't check the bedding carefully, but I found that the pillow was broken. The next day, I told the front desk in the lobby that the bedding and pillow were rotten. However, when I returned to the room at night, I found that they had not been changed. I took a rough look at the quilt cover, which shocked me. A pillow was rotten in two places and was still used. The quilt cover was broken in countless places and had big holes! This kind of thing can still be used! I have stayed in so many hotels, whether it is a brand chain or a five-star or ordinary hotel, this time Vienna really left a deep impression on me! It's not just bad, it's terrible to the extreme!

The room facilities are comfortable, spacious and clean. The key is the good service attitude! Especially the beautiful female manager in the lobby can put herself in the shoes of customers and provide help. I am still touched. Thank you!

I slept well all night and it was quiet. There are also many types of breakfast. After eating and drinking, I started the Dujiangyan city walk.

The socket at the bedside of the room cannot be charged. The charger fell off when it was plugged in. I booked several rooms and two of them had this problem. It may not be very convenient to charge at night. The service attitude is quite good

The rooms are all good, but the soundproofing is too poor 🙂. You can hear the loud talking in the neighboring room. I didn't sleep well all night. It was really a bad experience. I expected such a big brand hotel to be woken up early in the morning. I originally wanted to book a standard king-size bed room, but they said it was noisy in the kitchen upstairs, so we booked a sea view king-size bed room. It turned out to be so noisy! ! ! !
