前台工作人員服務熱情周到，電腦配置挺好，玩遊戲流暢無卡頓，房間衞生乾淨，設施齊全，睡眠休息比較安靜無車流等噪音，停車也很方便，總體性價比很高，值得入住。

房間乾淨衞生，前台服務好，房間電腦配置高價格優惠，性價比超高，在都江堰的電競酒店裡麪算很好的了，每次來都住這裏。特別推薦，下次去住的時候記得拍照，這次沒有拍照。酒店有早餐廳，早餐味道也可以，餐廳的老闆非常熱情

衞生：廁所乾淨 玻璃很明亮
環境：環境不錯 就是有一點點煙味 希望能夠在這方面管理嚴格

房間其實尚可，這個價格是完全沒有問題的，但是既然訂電競房，電腦有故障，無法玩遊戲，技術人員無法解決，讓我換遊戲玩，這個是我沒辦法接受的

川西十天，這家酒店是最垃圾的。攜程現在搞什麼都不知道，這種酒店還4.6分。寫着2022年開業，這酒店2002年造的吧。就是80年代招待所的衞生條件。進去煙味一整晚不散，到處蛛絲網，床單污漬，馬桶破舊。沒有任何設施可言。早餐就稀飯饅頭榨菜，我還退掉了3家酒店，換成這家住。瞎了眼了我。攜程真夠垃圾的現在。白天好的酒店一直不推，到了晚上入住後，又刷到好幾家好的。要是有0分的話，鐵定0分。第一次被這家酒店噁心到了。
