Overall great service and good location. Rooms are a bit dated so we had to switch rooms once as the first one has mould. However, the staffs are friendly and the location is good. Shout out to the Chinese Restaurant in the Hotel. Food is top notch and we went twice over the stay . The complementary hot spring is also quite nice. Great selection of pools ( think around 8?). We went twice and the first time was quite crowded. The second time for some reason is empty so we enjoy the quiet time.

I went on vacation with my family. The front desk staff of the hotel was very enthusiastic. The location was very good. It was close to the Qingcheng Mountain Sightseeing Station and the high-speed rail station, making it convenient for travel. The overall experience was great, cost-effective, and the hotel also had a pool for bathing, which made the children very happy.

Service: The waiter and the housekeeper are very enthusiastic and provide good service. When notifying the housekeeper to drain the pool water, they also specially sent a free 🆓Yao bath medicine bag. Thank you. Facilities: The hotel facilities are relatively old, there are peeling spots on the walls and there is a musty smell. The visual effect is poor and needs to be improved. Really beautiful setting with lots of flowers and plants in the garden. They upgraded our room for free. Apartment had washing machine and was very spacious. The complex is very quiet and peaceful. Getting a Didi car was easy from the side gate. There are a lot of snack stalls and food outside the 东门 because there is a school next door. Only negative was the house was not very well equipped with things like extra toilet paper, extra trash bags, and hand towels. The kitchen also had pretty sparse amounts of cooking utensils. Overall a really good experience. If you’re looking for something spacious and quiet, off the beaten path and away from the city a bit, this is a good choice.

A treasure resort hotel found in the back mountain of Qingcheng! It takes only 1.5 hours to drive from Chengdu. The whole hotel is surrounded by bamboo forests and streams. Even breathing is filled with the fragrance of grass and trees, truly realizing the quiet healing of ”isolation from the world”. The butler service makes people feel very considerate. I received warm reminders and route guidance before checking in. When I left the hotel, I was given a snack gift bag. There was also hot milk supply late at night. Such a hot spring hotel full of surprises is worth checking in repeatedly!

Although the breakfast may not be very delicious and the decoration is a bit old, the necessary services are still there. The room is very warm (I really care about this when traveling in winter). In addition, the hotel itself has a good green environment and is very quiet. There are some small environments to visit. It's a pity that I didn't experience the hot springs this time. I will try it next time. It is very convenient to walk down from the hotel to eat or drive up to Lingyan Mountain.

There are no clothes hooks around the hot spring pool, which is not very convenient for hanging clothes. It would be great if a few more could be added. In addition, it is recommended that the housekeeper contact the guests in advance to help fill the hot spring pool with water so that you can enjoy the comfort of taking a hot spring bath as soon as you arrive in the room. The delivery time of this breakfast deviated from the original plan. The rice noodles were dry before the hot spring pool was filled with water, which affected the dining experience. I hope that the delivery time can be optimized. I look forward to the hotel getting better and better in the future, and I will choose to stay again next time if I have the chance!

This is a very distinctive hotel. It is not a high-rise building, nor is it a cramped corridor and room. It is a spacious courtyard, with lawns and gardening outside. Here, the hotel itself is a tourist attraction. In this location and this season, the weather is very humid, with a relative humidity of more than 95%. In order to prevent moisture from the quilt, an electric blanket was turned on on the bed, and the air conditioner was turned on in the house to dehumidify. It was the first time I slept on an electric blanket with the air conditioner on, and it was surprisingly very comfortable. I slept until dawn and missed breakfast. In fact, to avoid humidity, you can only use a fully enclosed building with fresh air supply. But to experience the scene of ”opening the door is the view”, it is impossible to build a closed building. In terms of dehumidification, the sisters of the hotel have done a good job. The service staff are also very professional. Starting from parking to greet, holding umbrellas, and leading the way, they are all professional. The only thing I am not very satisfied with is that the lights in the house are a little less, and the lighting is low, but it seems that all hotels now have this problem. I don’t know if there is any special theory to guide it.

This was a great place to spend a couple of days with my girlfriend. Clean room and hotel, helpful and attentive staff, and good amenities, including a 24hr coffee machine downstairs. Be aware that there is a distance to things; to get to Qingchengshan is a 40 minute walk so you'll probably want to get a taxi. The hot springs are about 500 meters away in the complex, but they do have a free shuttle to take you there at any time which is convenient. Your room key gets you access only once per night booked to the hot springs, which I think could be improved upon by giving unlimited. Dinner is also limited to the hotel at night, with nothing else really in walking distance. That being said, dinner was quite good (if pricey) and the included buffet breakfast was also great.
