Dujiangyan Hotels with Gym

I came to Qingcheng Mountain to breathe oxygen while attending a friend's wedding. I found a hotel on Ctrip. The overall experience was great! I must recommend it! The hotel is very conveniently located, and it is very close to Laozao. The hotel is built on a hillside, with a garden-style design. There are 8 buildings in total, and the shuttle bus can move in the middle. However, the flowers are blooming here in spring, and it is very comfortable to take the baby to play. It is exactly the same as what you see in their videos! Although it is a little warmer here, it is still a little cold in the morning and evening. They have a health-preserving fairy grass bathing pool, which the little friends love. It feels warm after the bath! The hotel also has children's activities on weekends in the afternoon, so that parents can take care of the children without worrying about them! Next time, I can bring my children to lie down for two days on weekends.

Overall great service and good location. Rooms are a bit dated so we had to switch rooms once as the first one has mould. However, the staffs are friendly and the location is good. Shout out to the Chinese Restaurant in the Hotel. Food is top notch and we went twice over the stay . The complementary hot spring is also quite nice. Great selection of pools ( think around 8?). We went twice and the first time was quite crowded. The second time for some reason is empty so we enjoy the quiet time.

Very comfortable room with everything. On the first day, I was next to the elevator and asked to change to a very quiet garden view room on the second day. In particular, Gary at the front desk was sincere and friendly. Of course, the other staff were all good. It was a pity that I forgot to take pictures in the lobby. The rest of the environment was comfortable after seeing the photos. The hot spring water was very clean, and the filter was not put into the pool until 3 o'clock every day. The temperature was also suitable. I didn't want to come out after soaking... When you leave the hotel lobby, you will see the sightseeing bus of Qingcheng Mountain Scenic Area and the high-speed rail station. Many shops were open during the New Year. The hotel also has a restaurant, and the breakfast is particularly rich.

Amazing place BUT... Staff could be much better trained for such an upscale hotel/resort, those standing at the entrance. Slow in response, not greeting guests, not giving any directions upon arrival. Could have provided better service by asking guests if they are going to any destinations nearby, inform guests that popular destination such as the Panda attraction needs booking in advance, the spa booking may not have slot best to book before whatever time, etc. Wanted the spa and panda but missed both as we were not told beforehand during conversations and even for the panda only knew it on the 2nd time we enquired.

This time, I stayed at the Bailun International Hotel in Dujiangyan, and was pleasantly surprised! The basic room type originally booked was thoughtfully upgraded to an executive king-size room. When I opened the window, I could see the scenery of the Baitiao River. The gurgling water and the city night view were intertwined, as if I was in a painting. The room is elegantly designed, and the floor-to-ceiling windows bring natural light into the room. With smart home facilities, it is very comfortable. Special thanks to Aunt Hu Tianhui and Aunt Yao Huaying for their meticulous service! From enthusiastic guidance at check-in to warm greetings every day, and even proactively recommending surrounding food and tour routes, their caring care makes the journey feel warm. The breakfast is rich and varied, combining Chinese and Western styles. I especially recommend the freshly cooked noodle stalls and local specialty snacks to start a day full of vitality. The hotel is in a prime location, within walking distance of Nanqiao and Yangliuhe Street, and you can enjoy the fireworks of Dujiangyan. Bailun International Hotel not only conquers guests with hardware, but also captures people's hearts with humanized services. It is a quality choice that cannot be missed on a trip to Dujiangyan! 💯

Environment: There are trails around the hotel, and the environment is very quiet. Service: The service is very attentive. When I called the front desk, I mentioned that I would be back late. When I returned to the room, I found that they had made the night bed for me. They also prepared energy packs and post-race supplies for runners participating in the World Heritage Marathon👍

The service is thoughtful, the quality control of the old five-star hotel is assured, the front desk lady upgraded the parent-child room for free (an unexpected surprise) and it is well received! Double single hot spring: The hot spring experience is great, 2-300 meters away from the hotel, there is a shuttle bus. Sleeping milk: The hotel is special, you can call the front desk to send it to the room after 9 o'clock in the evening, it is fresh and delicious I will choose this place next time I come to Qingcheng Mountain for vacation.

Qingcheng Mountain Huajiantang, an unforgettable warm journey During this trip to Qingcheng Mountain, I encountered the Fairy Hotel Chengdu Qingcheng Mountain Huajiantang. The experience was perfect and must be recommended to everyone! The spacious space is eye-catching. The decoration style is full of ancient charm and incorporates modern comfort elements. Every detail in the room is of quality. The bed is soft and comfortable, the linens are clean and tidy, and the facilities are complete. It is so comfortable to live in, and the fatigue disappears instantly. But what really made this stay unforgettable was the thoughtful service of the hotel staff. Due to a dispute, my mobile phone was snatched away. In the case of being alone in the field, the lobby manager Xiao Xie, the service staff Xiao Liu and Han Han not only comforted me softly, but also provided me with room change services. What is particularly touching is that Manager Xiao Xie worked tirelessly in the middle of the night and drove his own car for more than two hours to accompany me to report the loss and buy a new mobile phone, and to the police station to report the case. It was already past twelve o'clock when I returned to the hotel. I was afraid that I was hungry and brought me instant noodles. I was so moved that I almost cried. The next day, Xiao Xie took the trouble to drive me to the business hall in Dujiangyan City to reissue the phone card and extend the time in my room. In the process of panic, they also carefully brought me snacks and kept asking about my well-being, which made me feel warm and touched in my heart when I was alone in a foreign land. This experience made me deeply feel that Qingcheng Mountain Huajiantang is not only a place to stay, but also a spiritual habitat full of human touch. If I have the opportunity in the future, I will definitely come again, and I sincerely recommend it to everyone who pursues a high-quality travel experience!

After so many bad experience in Dujianyan, this hotel was quite a good surprise. The staff was super friendly, kind and helpful. They literally fixed all our problems and they also gave a small ”Hilton Panda bear” to my son which was really appreciated. In addition they also provided room upgrade, fruits, a small heater and anything necessary to make my family feel comfortable and let us have a good memory about our trip. I want to thanks all the staff and especially 文云武 who was practically perfect. It's really hard to find good employees and he clearly deserve to be praised.

Stayed for one night to visit Dujiangyan and for Skiing. Recommend if you intend to go for Skiing. However, food selection is a bit limited as there are not many shops and restaurants around the hotel . So not recommended if you are staying to climb Mt Qing Cheng .
