Great hotel situated by the Marina/harbour and ideally placed for the city centre. Exceptionally clean and very comfortable hotel. Excellent and varied choice breakfast buffet. Staff went out of their way to be helpful and very friendly. Would have no fears about recommending this hotel.

The stay was very pleasant, the rooms were top maintained and clean, super equipment, the beds were very comfortable. The food in the ground floor restaurant was super class, we had dinner and breakfast buffet. The buffet did not leave any wishes open. The room was very large and cozy, unfortunately it was a little too cold to the terrace at the beginning of April. The view was beautiful. Unfortunately, at the hotel I had forgotten my cultural bag after the stay, which was sent back after calling smoothly and super reliably. We had experienced that differently!! Class, thank you!

Visited as part of a Scottish Hockey Team, 21 of us in total, most stayed here, but a couple stayed across the road, we saw a double room It was small no air conditioning but still a decent room. Friendly checkin from luvly welcoming staff, on the Thursday evening when we arrived, the two ladies on reception were very efficient at checking us in, also very good serving us drinks once everyone had returned from having dinner. Other teams were also staying, so the place was very busy during the tournament. We had room 508, which was luvly, spacious, and clean with plenty shelving and wardrobe space, a safe and a fridge. with a view of the gardens. The bathroom was spacious with good storage areas for toiletries, makeup, etc. a decent hairdryer and magnifying mirror, and a good shower, the room was cleaned daily to a very high standard. Breakfast was buffet style, with plenty of food on offer, fruit juices, fruit, cereals, cold meat, cheese, bread/rolls/croissants, fried eggs, sausages, bacon and scrambled eggs. Coffee machine and various teas so something for everyone, breakfast staff worked very hard during the 3 mornings when ourselves and other teams arrived at the same time. We sat outside which was really nice in the garden area. The hotel has luvly comfy seats and seating areas to relax in, also nice pictures on the walls. Reception staff were very helpful ordering us taxis to go to our games. A couple of evenings we njoyed drinks in the bar area, again the staff were friendly and chatty. We stayed an extra 3 days, just to see the area and visit museums, shops etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return next year. :) :)

We wouldn't even visit this one night at the hotel for a private celebration. The horrible end was the locked breakfast that cannot be harmonised with the price called. At the neighbouring table a lady asked for a grain bread, this was denied. There was no breakfast buffet, but was served after a order! How long the sauce and cheese had been “uncooled” at the table, of course, it is not possible to see. I find this inappropriate and obvious austerity under the cover “Corona” completely in addition, as well as the very (!) unfriendly service (grey hair) in the dining room. There would be an urgent need for coaching! Humanly defect! Unfortunately, the limited time for breakfast was not informed us in advance. The speech with the notice was accordingly unprofessional and aggressive. I have not experienced something after countless hotel stays. I ask quite simple and simple things: friendliness (not cost). A suitable choice at breakfast! Conclude: Coaching staff (friendly) ++++++ Improve breakfast performance because it is defect. Note: Whoever wants to have breakfast in a pleasant and friendly environment in the morning and wants to find a “normal” selection is wrong here!

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. Very clean rooms, very friendly and helpful service. There are very good restaurants near the hotel. The breakfast was delicious. friendly and helpfull staf. There is also a bar where you can drink in the evening.

Good location near St. Anna Hospital and Stop U79 • very nice staff; generous at check-out time • clean room with some old-backed furniture; horrible tape tiles in rooms and corridors • huge, but no smart TV; good running WiFi, little sticks, air conditioning, filled mini-fridge (acceptable prices), water cooker with accessories • clean but little modern bathroom • Conclude: recommendable

Good location, very quiet in the residential area. Not far from Düsseldorf, five minutes drive on the highway, and free parking, much cheaper than staying in a hotel in Düsseldorf. Next to it is the supermarket Netto, which is very convenient for shopping. We are two big and one small, and we have added a one-meter bed in the double room, no extra charges. The bathroom is relatively large, the room is clean and tidy, and the three people are equipped with three sets of towels, which is very intimate. The room rate includes three breakfasts and is very cost-effective.
