Casa e giardino ben curati, atmosfera familiare, colazione ricca e di qualità, gestori simpatici e pronti a dare informazioni sui luoghi circostanti, unico neo mancanza di aspiratore nel bagno in camera.

Cuscini e materasso super confortevoli, quel che ci vuole dopo una giornata di cammino sulla Via Flavia. Camera pulita, doccia bollente, vino eccellente, accoglienza calorosa. Un bel giardino e quattro chiacchiere, che vuoi di più dalla vita? Consiglio questa struttura.

L'accoglienza calorosa, spontanea e vera. Camere arredate con gusto e stile, come il resto dei locali. Rapporto prezzo/qualità corretto. La zona è una scoperta meravigliosa. Ritornerò 🌸❤️ Quadri, pezzi unici d'arredamento...i lampadari del salone e la cucina ...mi hanno lasciata a bocca aperta. Ottima pulizia. Federica e Giorgio ci hanno preparato una cena stupenda. Siamo a casa.

L' accoglienza è stata stupenda: Giorgio e Federica padroni di casa super disponibili. A pochi passi dal mare e dalle principali attrazioni turistiche (tra cui Trieste, Slovenia e il Porticciolo sottostante). Poco distanti due stazioni dei treni, fermate autobus e l'aereoporto. Colazione abbondante, sia dolce che salata, con orario deciso dagli ospiti. Camere molto belle, recentemente ristrutturate e di design, ove ritorna l'impeccabile eleganza di Giorgio. Ottima la pulizia. Ambiente reso ancor più caldo dalla presenza dai due dolcissimi cuccioli di casa, Jackie e Pedro❣️

Wer einmal bei Federica und ihrem Bruder Giorgio zu Gast ist, wird gerne immer wieder kommen. Der idyllische Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein, dort wird auch das Frühstück serviert. Mit viel Liebe bereitet es der Herr des Hauses persönlich zu. Croissants, Brot, Butter, Marmelade, Rührei, Obdt, Joghurt, Orangensaft, Tee/Kaffee - Herz, was willst du mehr? Die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll und mit Liebe zum Detail gestaltet und die Qualität der Betten konkurriert mit der dem herrlichen Hauswein bei chilliger Lounge-Musik. Wer Lust auf gelebte Gastfreundschaft hat, ist hier vollkommen richtig. Das Auto parkt gratis innerhalb des Geländes und Jackie und Pedro, die 2 wohlerzogenen Jack-Russel, dienen als hauseigene Security. 😂 Die Lage ist optimal für Ausflüge aller Art, der romantische Hafen ist zu Fuß in 7 min zu erreichen, selbst der Bus nach Triest oder Monfalcone bleibt gleich um‘s Eck stehen. Federica und Giorgio sind gerne behilflich beim Reservieren eines Tisches im einem der umliegenden Restaurants, und wissen natürlich am Besten, wo es für wenig Geld den besten Fisch gibt.
