Hotel in a very quiet area, breakfast very good and varied. The only thing I would improve is the coffee, which unfortunately wasn't very good. The price of accommodation is very good. I recommend

Hotel Ivka is close to the city walls and 2.3 km to the city walls tour and the old town, though its 20 km from Dubrovnik airport towards the city. The first impression of the hotel is that it is clean and tidy. The room is spacious and bright for a hotel. Best of all, the breakfast is awesome. It's the best among the 18 days after entering Europe.. The food cooked with vegetables is really delicious. everything is satisfactory Highly recommended to anyone visiting Dubrovnik.

Excellent breakfast for a three star hotel. Good water pressure, fairly quiet air conditioning. There is a small restaurant and cafe. The beach area is all concrete, but nearby you can go to a rocky beach. There is a shower and a clay tennis court. Quite a lot of people after lunch (access to the territory is free for everyone) Sunbeds and umbrellas are paid 2 sunbeds and parasol -30€. There are no questions about nature.

I think it's great for a short stay. Check-in is easy, you don't have to meet anyone, and the location is great.

Good location, next to convenience stores and restaurants, and a 24-hour bakery, all within a few minutes walk. The apartment is located outside the old town and there is free parking at the door, which is very convenient! It takes only 20 minutes to walk to the Old Town. It is recommended to walk to the old town on foot, and come back to take a taxi back, about 35-40 Kuna. The landlord is very kind and will give you a lot of useful introductions.

Good point → The location is very good because it is about a 5-minute walk from the pile gate of the old town. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to a small beach from the hotel. The owner is friendly and helpful, and left my luggage after checking out. The atmosphere of the room is good. He lent me a beach towel. Bad pixels → There are many stairs and it is difficult to carry heavy luggage. The air conditioner was broken and it was hot and humid throughout the stay. Note → The apartment hotel does not have a reception desk, so you need to contact the host when checking in. When the window is opened, a small amount of mosquitoes will enter. There are almost no amenities, only shower gel and moisturizer.

The location is not very accurate. I asked the boss who set up the stall. I didn’t know it. I finally found it. I needed to call the boss in advance to check in. Since I didn’t see it in advance, I needed to call when I arrived at the janitor. I didn’t know how to dial the ➕ number and get through. Sitting at the door and waiting, the neighbor sister next door just came out and asked her to call the boss for me. It took five minutes to arrive at 😀 boss 🚺 very enthusiastic. I recommend many restaurants and routes, and save money. My room is on the 3rd floor. Help me carry my luggage up, check out the day, She heard the sound of dragging her luggage downstairs, and she ran up to help me carry it down. Very 👍 The hotel is in the old city. After getting off the airport bus, it takes 10 minutes to walk.
