Loved this hotel! It was clean, modern, had soap + blow drier, and best of all was in the heart of old city. The most convenient possible location ever, situated at the entrance (Piek Gate). My window overlooked Onofrio’s fountain. The hotel entrance is located inside a souvenir shop. When you enter Pile Gate, just bear right past the fountain and you will see a souvenir shop. Tour pickups are right outside the gate which is just a few steps away from the hotel (no cars inside old city).

Excellent location, but everyting else disappointing. Initial impression was not good as despite confirmation that check in was available from 2pm - no one was available until 3:30 pm despite being told someone would come at 3pm. Superficially clean but towells were of poor quality, and sheets were not clean. The shower did not drain properly. The decor was bland in the extreme; zero character.
