We had an apt booked for May 2020 but due to covid couldn’t travel. As another reviewer said the owner rang and asked me to cancel the booking with *********** and book direct which we did. Big mistake. The owner has been rude, inefficient and downright lied. She wouldn’t give a refund but said we had a voucher. Now I have tried to use the “voucher” which we never saw so was a mythical voucher, she is now saying it was only valid for 1 year! There was a pandemic!!! Anyway long story and lots of rude messages later we have lost our £500. I would recommend booking through a reputable website so you are covered! We didn’t insure against this at the time as Covid was merely a glint in a little bat’s eye and we couldn’t predict it was going to happen!!
