We stayed at Villa Katrina Oct2-4/24 and it was very good. Katarina and her husband Marin were very friendly and helpful.Great location with a nice bakery and a small grocery store only a few minutes walk away. Just a 15 min walk to the OldTown.

Lovely and warm welcome with lots of helpful tips when we checked it. The room was a good size and very clean, with all the amenities you could need. Only a short 5/10 walk in to the old town. I would definitely recommend this aparthotel to anybody staying in Dubrovnik

What a little gem this place is. A family run business where nothing is too much trouble and you feel really welcome. Our facilities had everything we needed including AC which was a very much needed. We have already recommended this location to friends and family, but be prepared to walk many steps in Dubrovnik !

We arrived very late at night due to an issue with our flight we were made very welcome despite this inconvenience. The room had everything we needed for our week long stay, no cooking facilities but this was expected. The host was friendly and attentive twice bring us local strudel as a gift. Very close to so many places of interest but Dubrovnik is very hilly so lots of steps everywhere but buses also available- bring comfortable shoes. Would very much recommend

The owner welcomed us with a dessert and a cold drink. And even at check-out he brought us biscuits and a cold drink. Also available at luggage storage. There is a large terrace where you can relax. Nearby there is a small supermarket. Not very far from the center (but at high altitude!) Slightly small triple room. The company that handles the reservation will send you several long communications, but don't worry as the owners live there on the property. Like many other structures it is located at a high altitude compared to the stradun. To return I recommend you take a bus from Porta Pile, get off at the second stop and pass through Izmedu TribCrkve street and Ivana Matijasevica street: it's a 700m walk without steps (excluding the last ones near the structure) or take a taxi (for us it's cost 100kuna for 5 people).

Chambre très propre, terrasse partagée avec vue très agréable. Chambre moderne, assez spacieuse hormis la salle de bain qui était assez petite (mais moderne et propre). Clim très agréable en été. Bonne literie. Assez proche de la old Town (15 minutes à pied) même si ça demande un peu de marche et de monter des escaliers (mais très présents en Croatie et même pour les appartements situés dans la old Town). Cela dit, cela permet de se rendre directement devant en uber ou taxi sans avoir à monter beaucoup de marches avec la grosse valise :) Proche port également (30 minutes de marche). Bon rapport qualité/prix

Sconsiglio vivamente le camere a piano terra per la mancanza di privacy ma la cosa più terribile è che si sentiva un forte rumore quando i vicini aprivano l’acqua. Peccato perché la location non è male anche se manca anche un semplice sapone per la doccia
