The staff on reception were all very helpful and friendly and answered any questions we had. Our room was amazing, we had 2 balconies, one of which was actually a large patio, The room was also very large, and the bed comfy. The swiming pool was very nice and looked good at night when it was all lit up. Internet connection was very good all around the hotel. The hotel is a 15 minute bus ride from the old town and costs 2 Euros each, and the bus stop is a 10 minute walk from the hotel, just catch the Number 6 bus. There are loads of good resturants a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Breakfast is very nice, a good choice of hot and cold options (meats, cheese, eggs, bacon, salad, cake, coffee, juice etc) On our last day, we were leaving early, and reception were happy to arrange some breakfast to take with us.

The outside of the hotel is beautiful. It has a lovely pool and seating area. However, I was very disappointed with my interface with the staff. The young man at the reception desk was unhelpful and frankly, rude. When I tried to check in, he didn't listen to the name I gave and tried to give me someone else's key. When I politely clarified that the name he was calling me (associated with the room confirmation) was not my name, he argued with me and told me I was wrong. He wouldn't correct the mistake until another male guest stepped in to help me. This same receptionist was asked by other guests that I knew if he could provide extra towels. He refused to bring them up or hand them out at the front desk. They had to wait until another staff member took over the shift. The rooms felt outdated.

We went here for a light lunch - toasted sandwiches and a drink. It took maybe 35 minutes for a poor sandwich and then another 10 for the fries to come out separately. Waitress was nice but wasn’t value for money for poor food that took ages to arrive.

Lovely small hotel with a spacious room and large private terrace. The room is clean, the shutters create a nice dark space for sleeping. The front desk staff was very helpful. It was very quiet and the outdoor pool was lovely. Only negative was a worn toilet seat and oversized sitting room furniture. I would certainly recommend this hotel which is near Sunset Beach but only a short bus ride from the Old Town.

I loved our large room here-we had a corner room that had 2 balconies. Our multiple, long windows had workable louvered shutters which allowed the breezed to come in but preserved our privacy. Bountiful breakfasts. The front desk staff was very helpful, researching a guide for us for a day trip to Montenegro.

Une très bonne adresse à taille humaine Les chambres sont propres et confortables meme si le style est un peu vieillot Le coin piscine est hyper agréable Le petit dej est correct sans plus mais les plats proposés en journée sont plus que correct (surprenant pour un hôtel) pour un prix très raisonnable… ce qui n’est pas le cas partout en Croatie ! Le personnel est à l’écoute et agréable On y a passé 5 jours très agréables En plus parking gratuit à disposition !!

Las instalaciones del hotel son antiguas y necesita renovación de las habitaciones. Tiene una piscina nueva, pequeña pero agradable. La habitación triple espaciosa, consta de dormitorio con cama grande y cómoda, y un salón con sofá cama (colchón súper delgado) o una supletoria, que es lo que pedí yo. El baño es pequeño. Moqueta en la habitación como en otros hoteles de Croacia, aunque sean de playa. La limpieza de la habitación debería mejorar. El desayuno bastante escaso y no muy buena calidad. La chica y los chicos de recepción encantadores. Está muy cerca de la playa (pequeña, abarrotada y de piedras como en casi toda Croacia) y a un paseo lleno de restaurantes (caros en cuanto a calidad-precio, como en todo Dubrovnik). Aunque se encuentra a unos 45 minutos andando del casco antiguo, está a 3 minutos de la parada del bus 6 que te deja en la entrada de las murallas.
