We booked a room for 3 nights at Eddie's on August 28-30. Eddie arranged for a driver to bring us from the airport. He sat us down when we arrived and told us all the in's and out of our stay. Where to eat, swim, shop and what to view. "Just listen, then ask questions", that's what Eddie said. We didn't find the shopping area on the orange bus but the wife found a nice dress in the hotel shops at the very end of that bus route. The room was small but so old world and comfy. The bathroom is modern, the bedroom has a/c. It was an experience staying there that you can't get from any hotel chain. We timed out on our review on ******* as we were on a sail boat for 8 days after and lost the review link. We hope Eddie sees this review. Thank you Eddie!!! Trian and Shari. PS: Little things like the 20$ 120g data card at the Tisak corner store on the street in front of Eddies. The bus loop and taxies are right on the street in front of Eddies. The main gate to Old Town is visible from the street in front of Eddies. The beach is right behind Eddies, there are 2 accesses so take the second one as it has a bar. There is a burger place called JoJo's if you are in a pinch, affordable and tasty and on the street in front of Eddies. Eddie has the best location and he is a really good person to meet.
