Very clean and cozy room. Working air conditioning and a nice view from the balcony. Nice quiet neighbourhood. Around 20 minutes walk to Bellevue and Lapad beaches. Very useful shared kitchen if you like to cook. If not, there is very good pizza and fast food across the street.

It is clean and nice, however, the room is small and very cramped. A kettle is provided, there is a fridge in the corridor available, you can sit outside and have a look at a nice garden. You can park a car on the premises. We stay one night and pay 27 euro for a double room. It is very far to the Old Town and other attractions on foot (about 30 minutes or more) and bus tickets are rather expensive. Keep an eye on what you put in the fridge as it might disappear.

Nice homely rooms, walkable to everything in Dubrovnik (if you don't mind steps and a lot of sweat).
I booked a studio but got given the twin with balcony which I loved. Kitchen spacious and well equipped. Good sized balcony for sitting or sunbathing
The host was lovely, very helpful and very quick to respond to calls/messages. Check in was super too (as soon as I arrived at 1pm ish). Check out was also good, and bags were safely left all day before exit.

The free parking is only 4 spaces, of which 2 are in the front row and the other 2 are locked in, having to notify the owner that you want to leave to be able to move the car. She comes and goes with what also occupies one of the places. The room was correct, bed and air conditioning good, pillows horrible and the curtain was decorative. The kitchen was not fully equipped. 25 minutes walk from the center. A few meters away you have bakeries, pizzerias and supermarkets. The check out time, even if you don't have clients, is strictly at 10 a.m., a shame.
