Nice hotel with small kitchen. Besides stairs a bit steep, to be careful while walking up the stairs (and carry luggage), others are fine. Great location, can enter through Ploce gate to avoid the long stairs down to hotel. Great breakfast set served in room. Baby cot available upon request

The location is excellent, easy to access and all the spots are within walking distance. The room with little kitchen which is great and cozy.

The hotel has a very important problem: there will suddenly be no hot water! ! ! And without any warning, there was suddenly no hot water!
1. I took a shower in the afternoon on the day I checked in, but there was no hot water halfway through! I asked the front desk and was told that hot water would come in 20 minutes! But after waiting for forty minutes, still nothing!
2. The first person finished taking a shower the next morning, but there was no hot water again!
The hotel's hygiene is no problem, and the front desk service is also very friendly.
