Stayed here for one night in October. Good points - The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Bad points - Our room had not been properly serviced before our stay. The dishwasher had not been emptied, a small point but if housekeeping had missed this, then what else had they missed? WIFI was not working, when I spoke with Reception I was advise it had been like this for two weeks! Breakfast was mediocre, the Bakery selection was almost empty and not replenished while we sat in the breakfast area. I raised all these complaints with the hotel at the time, but because I had booked through an online travel agency, they said they would have to contact the agency to discuss compensation. Two weeks later, still nothing so emailed Hilton customer service and was told I would get a respond within 3 days. Seven days later, no response so I emailed again. I then got an email asking for details of my complaint, despite giving them my complaint reference. I eventually got a reply from Hilton stating that because I didn’t book directly with them, there was nothing they could do! Their hotel - their service failure, their loss of any future bookings from me.
