Rocky Mountain Lodge

Older motel court but it has been meticulously remodeled & decorated! Very comfortable. Nice kitchenette (bring own cooking utensils). Bed great, all very comfortable. Only suggestion is the chairs inside the room are not very comfortable. We brought in chairs from the porch & patio. We’d return. Staff is not readily available.

Very affordable, clean, and spacious. Coming from Louisiana was shocked no A/C, but you dont really need it, had fans available in the closets, as were blankets and an extra pillow. Good heat. Not much hot water. Beds comfortable. Located right off the roadway. Nice owners. Will be back for another stay in a couple weeks. Pleased with this stay as we dont look for the fancier places to stay. This was perfect for us.

A good place to stay excellent welcome. very clean room. Coffee in the room. Good ratio room/price of the room. The lodge looks a bit old and rustic from the road but the rooms are good looking and well equiped. Beautiful surroundings. The only négative points (but these are only details), we would have prefered that the 2 beds where in the same room. The bathroom is a bit small. No breakfast and restaurant in the lodge but they are several restaurants (The lone buffalo steakhouse is excellent) and cafés quite close.

Charming place! Lots of mule deer around in the evening. The man at the desk was very helpful and friendly. Could have chatted with him for hours about the area.

When Inwent to check in,for some reason my reservation through ******* didnt show up at the property. The front desk staff was amazing and was able to get me a room anyway. He was very polite and friendly. He gave me some suggestions on places to eat. He was very talkative and super friendly. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family, and i will stay here again if I'm in town again!

Last week, I stayed at Rocky Mountain Lodge while on my way to Grand Teton National Park, and the experience was fantastic! If you’re in Dubois, you should definitely check out this hotel. John, the manager, was super helpful when I had an issue with my booking through *******. He made my check-in process easy and even got me a cheaper price than what I had paid on *******! The rooms are really nice and come with everything you need, like a microwave, fridge, and even a fireplace, which is rare to find in a small town at such a great price. The location is perfect, with a short drive to downtown, where you can find a few restaurants. Just a heads up, most places close by 9 PM, so plan accordingly. I think the front desk closes around 10 PM, so late check-ins might not be available unless you call ahead and let them know. The best part is how peaceful it is at night—no noise from other rooms or nearby, which made for a great stay. I would definitely come back and stay here. Highly recommended!
