A very satisfying stay during this trip, the hotel is relatively new, the facilities are good, the rooms are spacious, the staff is very welcoming, the breakfast is OK, and the price is moderate.

This hotel is incredible and I’m so happy I took a chance and made a reservation despite that I wasn’t sure as it was my first time visiting Dublin. The hospitality, the facilities and the location right in the heart of the city was PERFECT! They even help me schedule my tours and coordinate everything! My birthday was a Wednesday and the reception team sent me a sweet note, a box of chocolates and tickets for complementary drinks. This detail I will forever remember it and a special thank you to Dylan and Karen for showing up to my room and surprise me on my bday. Hope everyone can get to experience what I did this week. Thank you, Thank you Thank you!!! Going back home feeling happy, blessed and in love with this beautiful country. I will be back for sure 🇮🇪 Take care, Carla from Puerto Rico 🇵🇷

We had a reservation for early march but sadly had to cancel it. The customer support was very kind and fast, and agreed to not have us pay the cancellation fee that would have been required since it was a last minute thing.

Downtown, good location, not far from there are Chinese restaurants, can only say enough, if the gap is not big, you can live in the holiday of the hotel, because it is very general, if you can choose cheap.

Good size apartament, fully fitted kitchen, microwave, toaster and kettle. Tea and coffee . Good size TV and WiFi. Spacious bedroom with wardrobe, comfortable bed. Black out blinds . Bathroom had a shower and toiletries were provided. No lift so be prepared to walk up three flights of stairs to get to the top floor apartment. We had no hot water during our stay . The reception said it was because we were on the top floor and that we had to leave the water running ...which we did and still no hot water. I felt bad letting the water run so long as its a waste. If I could guarantee hot water in the shower I would stay here again . A 20 minute walk from the center.

The hotel itself was lovely, as were the facilities. However we were appalled by the lack of care shown by most of the staff. I informed the reception I suffered from epilepsy when we checked in, the initial receptionist was very kind. However when we checked out and had to wait for our transfer to the airport I became extremely unwell and suffered a small seizure. My partner asked if there was anywhere quiet we could go so I could sit and recover, but multiple staff members were extremely unhelpful, tried to get us to leave and go to a nearby coffee shop, then finally allowed us to sit in a booth in the restaurant underneath a loud speaker. For around 45 minutes I was very dazed, confused and drowsy. Nobody checked if we needed help or offered any assistance - not even an offer to turn the speaker down. For a hotel to have no protocols in place for someone sick is very disappointing. People who suffer from epilepsy should not be made to feel a nuisance and receive no sympathy from staff members. Perhaps some training in medical assistance would be helpful here. Such a shame as the hotel itself is lovely.
