Hotels in Dublin with Swimming Pools

Service was excellent throughout, the bar and restaurants where excellent, prices as reasonable as outside in the city. Quality food bit absolute bargain The Breakfast! Outstanding!!! No where in the city could even try to match the quality and price and service.

The Merrion is a Hallmark of service and sheer quality. We arrived to be greeted by a friendly concierge and the news that our room had been upgraded to a junior suite. Lunch in the Cellar bar was an absolute joy and friendly, well clued in staff made the experience more special. The room was fabulous, with every comfort you could imagine. The bed was so comfortable, as were the couches.I cannot speak too highly about the service at this wonderful hotel.

Amazing service at first arrival the doors were opened and I was greeted with very friendly staff who treated me with the utmost respect. The food was delicious as far as fine dining goes. The steak order was mixed up however we were given a new steak and complimentary drinks which was a nice gesture for a small mistake. We had massages and they were the best massages I have ever had in my life. We were given a tour of all the facilities and I really enjoyed my experience overall.

Downtown, good location, not far from there are Chinese restaurants, can only say enough, if the gap is not big, you can live in the holiday of the hotel, because it is very general, if you can choose cheap.

Nice Hotel-stayed here before -even has a swimming pool which is unusual in Dublin. Great location making easy to get around -did not eat there as had early flight but room beautiful with all amenities in place -had courtyard facing room -was very quiet -overall great stay-will return.

Location was fantastic. Hotel was very clean, comfortable and modern. Staff friendly and engaging. Was going away for a one night break to Dublin from 2 small kids and we were hoping for a restful night. However, a noisy fan in the bathroom prevented that. It sounded like someone was vacuuming the room all night. The reception sent a very nice person to the room, but couldn't fix the issue, he also agreed that the noise was very loud but that maintenance were unavailable until the morning. It was very disappointing for us and we left the hotel more tired than when we arrived. When you pay hard earned money and look forward to your break, I feel compelled to highlight this issue as it was the opposite of what we hoped for from our break.

We flew into Dublin T1, arriving 12:30 and caught the 784 bus - the stop is literally outside the terminal. A quick and efficent journey straight to Charlotte Way, across the road and into Camden Court for lunch. The hotel staff were friendly, but what really blew us away was the goats cheese salad ..... WOW... sadly we didn't stay at the hotel, but instead caught a 5 minute cab ride to our hotel...

Living on campus is an apartment. excellent service. Even if we arrive at night, there is service as well. However, because it is a student apartment, we must respect the living habits of the students next door. For example, I think that the kitchen next door is allocated to our room, and the kitchen kettle is taken back to the room. As a result, the kitchen was allocated to the entire floor, and the white neighbors said. Ctrip's introduction should also be clearly written, such as a one-bedroom, one-bedroom suite, in fact, the hall is shared. If you don't understand it, it will cause unnecessary trouble. The bathroom is small, the smallest bathroom I have ever seen, just enough for me to stand alone, smaller than the pigeon cage room I used to see in Hong Kong.

This place was excellent! I travel a lot for work and was very impressed with this hotel and the staff. We were staying 3 nights before driving out to Doolin. We arrived 6 hours before check in and they were working to get our room ready. They provided us free drinks at the bar while we waited. When I told the front desk staff we would be parking a rental car the next day, he asked if we were picking up at the airport. I confirmed we were. He said 'I know the people at the Hertz a 5 minute walk from here, let me see if I can arrange a pick up at that location and save you time and money going out to the airport.' A few minutes later he had confirmed this, which saved us a hefty taxi fare and a lot of time. This was the theme with all of the staff - extremely helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Continuing to surprise us throughout the visit. Additionally, the accommodations were wonderful. Great rooms, great location (two distilleries across the street and shopping close by), and a fantastic breakfast. This was a wonderful stay and a great kick off to our Irish holiday. Thank you! Myself and my Wife were going to a show in the Bord Gais theatre. A long overdue break from the kids! My parents had booked a room in the Clayton for us. As a surprise for my wife I booked a room upgrade online. Only 30 euro to go to a King Size bed with further amenities in the room. While we had checked in online we did not get to our room until approx. midnight. The show and then drinks meant we stayed out. On arrival in the room I immediately noticed it was just a normal room. I rang reception, was told nothing could be done now and that I would be refunded in the morning. No apology was offered. Simply nothing we can do now, get a refund tomorrow. Check out the next morning and I had to bring it up, no note was left on the account. Again the staff were completely dismissive!! I said I was very disappointed, he just said well nothing I can do now your stay is over. I feel like the basic premise of saying sorry must be outlawed in this hotel!! He took my name and number and said accounts would call me Monday to correct it but he could not complete the refund. Note the money had left my account at this point. Monday came and went and no call. I just now phoned the hotel and have been told it will take 2 weeks to refund me and you guessed it, once again no apology!!!! The basics of customer service completely lacking. They took my money immediately, did not provide what I paid for and now will take 2 weeks to give it back!! I will never again use this hotel. I would urge others to look at the Marker or other hotels near by who will actually give you what you pay for and possibly apologise when they make a mistake! I can live with mistakes, they happen. I will not put up with such poor customer service and dismissive attitude of staff.
