All in all it was a good stay. Only complaint is there was no lift access to the reception for the steep steps. It was quite bothersome having to go up with suitcases.

The room was good, clean and tidy. The location and the outer front of the hotel is extremely dodgy. The guy at the reception is extremely extremely weird and literally of no help. Just had 2 answers to every question of concern, "we don't have it here", "I don't know".

Booked for Saturday gig late Friday evening the band had logistics problems due to the weather alert. Suprise suprise less than helpful reception. Told them 3 hour train journey and no gig polices etc. Maybe I dodged a bullet by the terrible reviews.trip.com did contact hotel no joy great bussiness model fir this hotel avoid

Great location but staff members are unprofessional as they cannot offer any help regarding the broken television or the dirty kettle. Bed and toilet are clean but there is dust on furnitures and the kettle is disgustingly filthy with black stuff (probably mould) inside.

The picture on the main page is not showing the real entrance of the hotel.
The early staff was fine but late staff was not helpful at all.
Staff need to have more smile on their face!
