Comfortable clean guest house great location. Twin room a good size. Adequate plugs to charge phones etc. Room was warm and cosy. Reception staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast is tasty and hot. No lift but room we had was located on ground floor.

Lovely setting close to most. Bus stop right outside, buy LEAP visitor card . Quiet and comfortable. Safe for solo travel. Great food in AM cute and delicious. Easy in and out of historic building. Would stay here again. Feels like home good bedding

Historic building showing its age a bit. Bed was comfortable and clean. We could not open our window, but a fan was provided to help cool the room off. Location was very good. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We did not include the breakfast.

Needed a hotel for a night before an early flight and this hotel did the job. Liked the location as it is not too far from St Stephen’s Green. It was very affordable for Dublin €110 for a double room, had a kettle and Barry’s tea, a new bathroom and really lovely staff. The woman on reception is lovely and so is the guy who starts on the desk at 6am but came in at 5.50 am to check up on the taxi ordered to take us to airport. Overall, a great experience and kudos to the staff who go above and beyond😎

Lovely clean room with all the comforts. Staff really friendly. Lovely welcome and great value for money. A little noisy from traffic but that was expected. Breakfast was good with. Choice on offer. Shower towels tea faciluties tv and very comfortable bord

Extremely good value. The location is great, you're within 10 minute walking distance of a lot of pubs and restaurants, and 20-30 minute walking distance of Temple Bar or St. Patrick's cathedral. The breakfast was average, but for what you're paying, it should be on par with expectations. If you want a better breakfast, there are lots of options within walking distance. The bathroom was in great condition and very clean. The room ran hot, but that might have been the time of year we visited (mid-October during a freakishly warm weekend) so we left the window open a lot. There's some street noise, especially if Ireland has just beaten Scotland at rugby, but we didn't mind. Staff was very helpful and friendly. For the money, you'll be happy with the value. We didn't have a car on us while visiting, and I'm not sure I'd recommend having one as it looked like it wouldn't be very easy to park, but I can't really speak to that. There is no elevator, and you may have to walk up three or four flights of stairs to get to your room, so if that's not up your alley, you may want to reconsider.

Omg - I thought I had walked into a horror movie. The staff at reception were lovely and we checked in thinking it’s a little dated. We entered the room and took a look around and said I could not stay here. This is like something out of a horror movie .Smell, dirt, sagging bed and a ceiling that was black with dirt. I should have taken pictures but I had to get out asap. I’m sure the room has not had any repair, replacement furniture or deep clean in a long long time. It was so bad I wouldn’t let my dog stay there. Needs serious investment.

Lovely guesthouse. Rooms are small but clean. The hotel is a bit dated, but the rooms have been fully modernized. Breakfast was excellent. The location is also excellent, just a 15m walk from prime tourist areas. The only conern for us was that we were staying on a very active weekend, and we were situated in one of the basement rooms, which meant some noise from folks exiting the pubs late Saturday night/early Sunday morning.
