Good location and ease of checking in and out. Friendly staff. The outlets didn’t work on the entire floor for one night. Beds are very crammed. The breakfast is just toast and cereal and coffee. It’s not worth the price but it is the best price around. Showers are spotty but usually warm. Hairdryer is available. Decent views.

Despite making a reservation for a bed in a "10-bed" room, I was in an 8-bed room - not that I'm complaining. Good service from staff. My bunk was fine. There was a bit of a problem with the water which meant the bathrooms (toilets, showers, sinks) were unusable for a few hours one day but was sorted when the staff said it would be. If all you need is a place to sleep in the Temple Bar area, this is good for the price.

Upon arrival the front desk staff were not very cheerful. The staff working the night shift (Gaston) was brilliant and very helpful. I was originally put into a very damp and smelly room but Gaston moved me to a healthier, dry room. The breakfast bread had spots of mould on it. I feel that some care needs to be taken to improve this hostel.

Cracking location within the Temple Bar region. Brilliant value. The room we stayed in was brilliant, clean and towels provided.

Great location and comfortable beds. Bring a towel or sheet to hang around your bunk if you want more privacy. Shower facilities are alright but would benefit from having an extra stool or hooks to put clothes and towels while using.

The keys to the doors stopped functioning after 1 use. I had to go down to the reception at least 3 times a day to get a new key. This happened like at 3am when I went to use the bathroom and couldn’t get back in. The bed sheets had stains and light entered the room at 6am making it impossible to sleep. The breakfast was bread and butter; with mixed in coffee or tea. Not much else. It was cheap for Dublin, but I wouldn’t recommend

Located in the central region of Dublin and just 5 minutes away from the famous Temple Bar (street full of bars), the hostel is very attractive with its low price. The hostel is not that noisy from my experience, compared to what others have said before! Free breakfast is definitely a plus for this hostel :) However, note that they don't have an elevator, so it is not wheelchair accessible. And the lavatory/ bathroom is mixed. Besides, you should bring your own towel, shower gel and stuff. They charge for everything if you don't have them. But in general, not a bad place!

My first time in a hostel. Will not be doing it again. Should have packed ear plugs for the people coming in and out and the snoring. Bedding was not great. Sleep was little to none.
