great hotel to stay for both couples and family's, room's spotless and cleaned daily, food excellent staff more than helpful, great location bus services every 15 minutes into city center

I liked the room and the staff were generally friendly.
But the television in the room did not work, the bathtub was clogged and whenever we took a shower we were left with water up to a little above the ankle.
After taking a shower, the bathtub was all dirty with the dirt that had gone up with the water through the drain because it was clogged.
And finally, an employee did not want to heat the soup for my 1 year old son who does not eat all the food.

The hotel is like a historical site with a beautiful appearance. The rooms are also European-style. It doesn't feel hot even without air conditioning. The lobby public area is also spacious and beautiful. The breakfast is rich. The bathroom has a shower curtain rod that is very suitable for hanging cool clothes. Although the hotel is not in the city center, the transportation is also very convenient. A taxi in and out is about 16 euros, and a taxi to the airport is about 50 euros.
