Great place with lovely staff. Bar is nicely stocked + food is great too. Nicely furnished rooms with everything you’d need from a hotel room. Great location. Bartender & front desk clerk Bea was a delight and very welcoming.

We booked this hotel before it opened and no reviews available. We were pleasantly surprised. The room is small, but the space is well-utilized. We stayed 2 nights at the end of a 2 week trip, so had 2 large suitcases and 2 small - took a little while, but found space for them ok. The shower was good with plenty of water pressure and very hot. Bed was large and comfortable. The blackout shades worked great, so we slept well. Convenient location by St Patrick's Cathedral park. Walked from there to other sites and restaurants. Only negatives - bed is against the wall on 3 sides, so one person had to crawl over the other to get out. Ok for 2 nights, but wouldn't have liked for a longer stay. Other negative - price of breakfast was 19Euro a person per day. Our prior similar hotel (2 days at beginning of our trip) had a good buffet for 9 Euro a day if purchased at check-in. So we walked to a small nearby cafe (across the park) for breakfast for about 11 Euro a person (for eggs, meat, toast, and beverage). Would stay here again for a short stay.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. It’s an affordable luxurious hotel that gives you everything you need. We didn’t have breakfast here so can’t comment on that, however everything else was amazing. Staff so friendly and helpful with recommendations or searching up bus times. The room is very fancy with an iPad to control everything (which was so cool). They provide conditioner and shampoo and shower gel which is really helpful as we couldn’t bring them in our hand luggage. The shower and toilet facilities were lovely. The beds were huge and extremely comfortable! And the location of the hotel was perfect, a nice walk away from the Guiness storehouse (15mins) and temple bar area (5-10mins depending on which part you want to go to) which allowed us to explore more things on our routes. Also right next to the st Patrick’s cathedral. You also have the option to select which room you would prefer (we chose a high up room with urban view) this little detail really made it a personal experience. We noticed downstairs on our way out they had other things for you, such as razors, nail files, hand soap etc to grab whenever (I wish I had noticed these sooner so I could’ve used them). Altogether this hotel was absolutely outstanding.

Our stay at CitizenM Dublin from the 4th to the 7th of July was genuinely one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had. After a disappointing start at another hotel in Dublin, we scrambled to find somewhere new to stay for the weekend - and that’s when we discovered CitizenM. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the warm welcome from the staff and the impressive quality of the hotel. The self-check-in process was seamless and fun. You even get to choose your preferred view and create your own key card. As the hotel had just opened the day before, everything felt fresh, modern, and thoughtfully designed. Our room was a perfect 10/10: stylish, spotless, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The technology, comfort, and overall vibe were top-notch. The staff truly made the experience exceptional. Every team member we encountered was friendly, helpful, and happy to chat. A special shoutout to Conor, who was fantastic—his recommendations for things to do in Dublin were spot-on. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay at CitizenM Dublin again. Highly recommend!

Stayed for 2 nights at this hotel & was very impressed. Although being of the older generation I was glad I was with my daughter who controlled the ipad to use lights & blinds etc. Beds were high & also difficult if you slept next to window due to having to climb over other person to get out. Bit disappointed with it not having an alcohol licence yet...after a long day wanted a nightcap & to be told could only serve wine. Nice ironing room as well for travellers if needed
