Toilet leaked, refrigerator made loud noise, other than that it was not a bad place to stay.

The upgrades are good, however, I happened to look up and see those old seventy styles popcorn ceilings...... Also, pull out showers nozzles would have been amazing... I would have loved that more versus the extra coffee option in my room for the extra price. Overall very good for the price.

When we arrived the receptionist was very professional, very kind , service oriented and friendly. But the cleanness was the best thing that could happen. All the room was extremely clean, nothing was dirty. Clothes,towels,floor . Really really good

Never again the bathroom surround was coming apart at the joints, the caulk was falling out, the water wouldn't get hot then when it did finally get hot the shower went cold on me. The door handle fell off on me because the screw fell out. Which wouldn't be a big deal unless there was a fire and had to get out and the screw fell out and you couldn't find it. The screw was just resting in the hole as the hole was stripped out. The floors were dirty and disgusting

I started out in room 243. The fan was falling out of the wall and it was dirty. I feel like I was catfished because the room looked nothing like the picture you had on your website of it. It was extremely dated the TV didn't work it wouldn't turn everything was worn everything was just yuck. The next day I went to the counter to see if I could get another room or if they had my TV fixed and they did not have my TV fixed so gave me another room which I think was 141. I was a bit optimistic until I opened the door to the room oh my God I haven't seen anything that bad since I stayed at a crap hole $25 a night Hotel on the Mexican side of the border. This this room was an absolutely filthy mess. The walls were just filth there was a booger on the freaking sheets. If I would have not been so tired from my drill weekend I would have went someplace else and I probably should have. I have pictures of the place and you would not freaking believe what this second room look like. I'm thinking it's like the worst trashy Trailer Park trailer Inside that you have seen. I will never stay at a Red Roof again. I've had such good experience with them in the past but I'm not sure what the Plus in a Red Roof plus means because it's not quality work cleanliness or really convenience. Oh almost forgot the internet totally ******. So not only could I not watch TV I can hardly use my phone in that area to watch my TV.
