It was a great stay! Easy checkin and out. Clean and friendly staff.

We ordered room service and the food was cold, we had to go back down to the front desk to get blankets and sheets for the pull out paid. The double charged my account for the room

Parking lot full, had to park far from entrance. Gave me dirty sheets on the bed, hair and filth all over the bathroom in shower, etc. Never again.

Room was very clean and comfortable… beds came straight from the heavens… we also took advantage of the pool which was a great temperature and well maintained. The only hotel pool I’ve been in w/out chlorine burning your eyes. Overall a great stay

The gym was well equipped and the parking lot was safe and easy to navigate.

Staff was very friendly and courteous. The hotel is beautiful, and very clean. Room was amazing. Clean and very neatly decorated. We had a great experience.

Everything went smoothly while there and the staff was very responsive when we needed something.

Very unhappy and disappointed customer When checking in, they did not have my reservation there. I had all of the information, my booking confirmation email as well as my itinerary number and yet I was lucky they did have 1 room avaliable. I paid for the room using the same credit card that i have on file for my hotels .com account. Thus i used that card to pay for my room and apparently hotels. Com charged me also. Now i am being told it was non refundable. I understand that policy but if they could find the reservation made using Hotels. Com why am i being charged?? This is unacceptable. I want my account credited back the amount i was charged please. Question from a company point of view why do business with a company like Marriott Columbus North East, if there not taking care of your customers. And better yet are you Hotels. Com going to do the right thing and take care of your customer (that has used your company to book trips multiple times this past year and even after this inconvenience, last weekend i used your company again to book a hotel) Do the right thing. Please take care of your customers.
