Fridge doesn’t cool products. Some bugs in the bathroom. Hotel location is good and room is good for the price. Also, room is clean. Staff is helpful.

The perfect hotel I ever had stayed in my life. I feel a little bit disappointed water park has a few closed theme, especially I couldn't play Slide. Food was good, condition was great, people are nice and kind, and so clean, and private beach and swimming pool, you can see Burj Al Arab everywhere you go. Thank you! And see you again

The hotel is a mid-range hotel, located on Sheikh Zayed Road, about 1 km away from the equiti subway station, there is no scenery around, the buffet dinner is average, mainly Indian and European elderly groups, the breakfast is acceptable, the service is average, the recommended value is average, and needs to be improved .

This is the third stay, all the staff treat each guest with a smile, the service is really amazing & # 128077; very attentive and caring! thank you all! Friends who want to live near MOE recommend living here! It's only 5 minutes' walk, so don't be too convenient & # 128522; there are Chinese supermarkets and Chinese food around

I will recommend this hotel for the reasons as below, 1st of all, I like it's decorations. very urban and modern as it's name, and I like my suitable room at space 25㎡。 2nd the price is reasonable the most important is that the gentlemen at the reception are all nice. Romeo is friendly helping a lot when stay. see u, guys.

The most impressive thing in the hotel was the staff. Every single staff member was friendly and always able to help (from the people in the breakfast, the pool guys, the reception to the cleaners). Especially in the restaurant Kishan ( a lovely waiter) is always with a smile on the face ready to assist you. My room was every day clean and on the desk I had free hot beverage (coffee, tea). I loved my bed even my pillows.. so soft. The hotel is approx 12 min away from the centre by car, but thats no problem because the main transportation is the taxi in Dubai. For sure i will come back and I highly recommend this hotel especially to the women that travel alone. It feels very safe

The level of service provided by the hotel staff was exceptional. They were attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with any requests or inquiries. Whether it was room service, housekeeping, or front desk support, they consistently exceeded my expectations. The hotel's location is also worth highlighting. Situated in the heart of Dubai, it offered convenient access to various attractions, shopping centers, and dining options. Additionally, the proximity to public transportation made exploring the city a breeze. The room I stayed in was spacious and elegantly decorated, providing a perfect sanctuary after a long day of sightseeing. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Furthermore, the hotel's dining options were fantastic. The on-site restaurant served delicious dishes with a diverse menu, catering to different palates. A must-stay hotel in Dubai, Burj Al Arab is where you can experience what a seven-star hotel is inside. What’s the point of taking pictures outside, right? A room is 170 square meters. The metals seen in the bathroom are all 17K and 24K pure gold, and the toiletries are all Hermès. When booking a room, be sure to choose a sky room type, which is on a higher floor. Do not choose a luxury room type, which is on a low floor starting from the 2nd floor and has no view.

We are very lucky to have stayed in many beautiful hotels in Dubai, and around the world, but Jumeirah Al Naseem is quite possibly our favourite hotel ever...! This year's stay excelled last years visit, the customer service seems to have jumped up another level in 12 months, from an already high bar! Particular shout outs have to go to the Butler team: Ashraf, Diego, Lee, Feroz, Usman, Zaheer and Zsofia (and my sincere apologies if I missed anyone out!). The team looked after us extremely attentively, made sure everything went smoothly, and were always on hand whether via WhatsApp or in person - a huge thanks from me and my family! I can only repeat my previous review in regards this hotel: fantastic room/suite, dining options were always plentiful and top standard; pool, beach, kids club, watersports, tennis pitches, buggy service, access to Wild Wadi were all huge contributors to an awesome holiday!

I stayed at Grand Excelsior hotel Al Barsha one night in Dec 2022. What an amazing hotel. I was greeted with such kindness and this continued throughout my stay. I booked the king room and my room was situated on the 6thfloor. The room was fantastic. Clean, modern, and had a fantastic view over .The rooms were big for dubai standards. I can’t complain about this hotel.
