Hotels Near Trident Tower in Dubai

Perfect hotel, location was ideal, the mall is literally across the road. The facilities provided by the hotel are perfect, indoor pool is heated and the views are breath taking. Breakfast as you can imagine being in Dubai is pretty much second to none. Although this time of year the outdoor pools and beach area are not much of Interest, as it is cold, however when the weather warms up, they are all on point.

A very cost-effective hotel. If you don’t have high requirements for playing in the sea, this is the first choice for family travel. The service staff are very nice, the room facilities are complete, and you can make simple food. There is a shopping mall downstairs. Overall, I am satisfied.

Hotel is right at the end of the Palm, it took a while to get to other locations. Hotel Beach was nice, but over the road. Pool was nice but a little small

We stayed at this hotel for 21 nights, along with another 2 families we recommended the hotel to, location and hotel are let down by the service, pool service was extremely poor, lack of staff, front of house managers were rude and abrupt, they had conflicting information, no one seemed to know how the half board package worked, eating in the hotel was a poor experience as no one knew how half board worked, most nights resulted in confrontation with restaurant staff, especially piatti restaurant where the management was abrupt and rude to the ladies in our party, very poor attitude , manager said it is a separate entity so we had to pay but is is part of raffles, and the half board package, raffles should not have this eatery or manager representing there brand, we had several meetings with management throughout the 21 days to resolve , even up to the last day we still had bills for half board package that we had already paid for, the best part of the hotel was the valet services , especially mathui at the front door, concierge , always met with smile and he went over and above his role to make the hotel experience better, we stayed here last year for a week and the standards have definitely slipped, guys like Mathui should be the guys representing the raffles brand, a credit to the brand, also at the pool there was one pool staff member that went over and above his role, although under staffed he never stopped , urjan, again a credit to the raffles brand, he was far better than the front desk staff, the hotel and location are let down by service,

Hotel is targetted for young travelers. Lovely chic interiors. Staggered main swimming pool is like step pool found in Pamukkale in Turkey. Good for sun athing but not much fun for swimming. Good salad options for the breakfast. enjoyed the stay.

Whether you're sipping cocktails by the pool or diving into a feast at one of their fancy restaurants, you'll feel like you've been upgraded to a VIP status. Major props to the staff – these guys are hospitality wizards. They made every interaction a pleasure, from check-in to chowing down. Friendly, professional, and always ready to make your stay feel like you're the main character in your own luxury novel. Now, let's talk about the breakfast – oh boy, it's a game-changer. They don't mess around when it comes to the most important meal of the day. It's a feast for the senses with a spread that could make a food critic weep tears of joy. From continental classics to exotic delights, every craving is satisfied. I'm still daydreaming about those breakfasts – they alone are worth the stay. And let's not forget the view from my room – breathtaking doesn't even begin to cover it. Waking up to that kind of scenery is like getting a daily dose of visual therapy. In a nutshell, if you're ready to treat yourself like royalty, the Marriott Resort on Palm Jumeirah is the place to be. It's a stay that feels like a vacation from reality, and I can't recommend it enough. Treat yourself – you deserve it.

The location is good but the the service is so so with such a well branded hotel chain. We booked for 3 but they never provide us the basic for three persons, such as the bath towel which they prepared only ONE. When we asked for the housekeeper, he came in and kept asking to write a good review on google yet he forgot to bring all what I requested over the phone, he didn’t want to be off till you write the review for him while it was almost midnight during that time. It’s a very bad experience. Then needed to wait for almost 30mins for him to bring in another 2 bathroom towels
