Hotels near The Third Line in Dubai

Hotel is nice and clean. Room was nice and tidy. Location is a bit remote especially if you're not driving or using taxis but that's a personal opinion based on personal needs. Staff's good, i personally had a good experience but i gave an average score as i think they can do a better job being a bit more welcoming when someone walks to the hotel reception and criticising customers in front of other customers even if they are unreasonable and not polite (as the one i've encountered). Just etiquette of a client facing role.

Rove Expo 2020 located in the heart of Expo2022 which is in the end of subway line, amazing place to stay and explore this area but if u plan to go to downtown each day it will take u 40-55min to downtown Dubai by subway. New repairs, everything is super clean. Water in glass bottle and on unlimited quantity + the ice cube machine on the corridors. Stuff is super kind and helpful. Also the pool area has a view on Expo ball. Gym is also well equipped. 4 min from subway by walk, there is a car which can pick up u and bring to the Rove. I would come back here 100% The only thing restaurants here close pretty early so make sure to eat till 9pm.

Perfect! Ms. Rica at the reception was warm and welcoming, Ms. Riany at the tour desk was simply a delight, the breakfast staff at TGIF, mostly Filipinos, are friendly and very courteous, specifically Mr. Joem at the coffee bar. Cleaning staff, Dilip and Abbas are extremely efficient and are very generous with our request for more coffee, water and tea. Pool guys are very attentive with the needs of guests - water, towel, umbrella. Book a room facing Burj Khalifa and stare at its wonder the minute you wake up and fall asleep staring at its beauty. Rove Downtown is truly a home away from home!

It was an amazing service& food! I like everything in this restaurant and I will come and visit again. it was my pleasure to be served at this wonderful dinner Chef Song Mi, Sean Nicco Drew, Elly. I've already sampled everything on the menu, and I can honestly say that the Korean food is the finest, therefore I highly recommend trying it. So delicious, and so lovely!

Conveniently situated, close proximity to malls, airport and metro. Check in was a bit of a mission as we arrived at our hotel at 5am, they were kind enough to give us an early check in by 8am. Rooms are marked Non smoking- I beg to differ, the cigarette smell hits you the moment you exit the lift. Not even the automatic air freshener can get rid of the smell, they even have matches and an ashtray in the room, yet they insist it's a non smoking room. Rooms are a nice size. Bathroom could do with a makeover as it is outdated, they can definitely invest in new towels as they give you old worn out towels. Entire hotel is neat and clean, it could do with a bit of a makeover and upgrade. They definitely need to do something about the hallway carpet as the strong tobacco and mouldy smell doesn't leave it. The stars of this establishment are definitely the concierge/ bell boys and bell captain Goutum, Sujeet and Abdul. They go over and beyond there call of duty, they really exceed your every expectation. Had it not been for them, I don't think our stay would be as pleasurable and memorable as it was. Hats off to them, I sincerely hope their employer values them, they would be an asset to any establishment. Well done guys. The Filipino's come across as arrogant and English is a problem with them as they do not understand you. I would recommend they get some training. If these issues were to be ironed out, I will definitely be a returning customer.

My room was clean, I stayed 6 nights and they made sure everything was smooth. The cleaning services comes every at 11am and they can offer as much water and coffee as you need. They have a traveling agent downstairs that offers a very affordable trip around Dubai. 200 AED For Safari desert.

I had the best experience staying at novotel. My family they enjoyed very well and we will surely come back and recommend to other friends and families. Its agood hotel for families mostly the swimming pool is out door and they have a kids playing area which is very nice. Good and clean gym with good equipments and the services are super starting from the front desk upon checkin the stuffs are welcoming, smiling, and so helpful. The breakfast is super b and house keeping team are so professional. In general you guys really made my stay memorable can't wait to come back.
