One of the best and cleanest hotel I ever stayed in this hotel definitely will return. One downside but wouldn’t affect the 5 stars rating. Is the hotel breakfast everyday the hot food section is the same (curry, potatoes, chicken sausage and turkey bacon) no other variation of hot food. I gave my feedback to the hotel manager and chef like (sautéed veggies, mushroom and some eggs etc) but no one took my feedback seriously!! I guess my next visit wouldn’t be including the hotel breakfast anymore.

It was great, it is next to Burjuman Shopping Mall, very well located. The service was good. Everybody ver attentive and proactive. Very clean,the room service just perfect. I will come back.

It was my first time in Dubai. The hotel was nice and exactly what I needed for my first week. The service team was extremely helpful, especially Kurlos. They were all so kind and helped me navigate my first time here. The room service was good and well priced. The young man that runs the breakfast buffet was exceptional! Always delightful and goes above and beyond. The buffet was great! I would have stayed longer but wanted to be closer to things that I was doing. I highly recommend this hotel! Amazing staff! I have stayed at this hotel several times before and love it, not only because of its proximity to the airport, but also because of the Al Seef promenade. You have excellent restaurants close by and the stroll along the promenade at night is just amazing. Away from the fuzz and buzz!! I was a bit disapponted with the breakfast this time as in the 3 days they did not offer Humus, which is a must in Dubai. I hope the include it again!!!!

I have travelled and stayed in hotels around the world but I never met staff who showed so much willingness to make customers enjoy their stay. Our apartment was spacious and kept clean all the time, for breakfast we were spoiled for choice and thanks to an amazing “certified waitographer who helped is with a family photo every morning, its a pity I cant remember her name but if she sees the attached photo she will remember us. The ever smiling Jenny at reception welcomed us and made us feel at home immediately. Thanks to all the team, in the dinning room your job is difficult but you all kept wonderful smiles. The concierge team you guys were brilliant thank you all.I hope to meet some of you on my next visit. From a very satisfied customer

Hampton is a good hotel, the rooms were quite small compared to Canopy, the room is not spacious enough for 2 if both who is staying is quite heavy in size🙃. Try to include much bigger beds. The swimming pool is too small, where as the roof top Bar was pretty good and it pleasant atmosphere. Over all the hotel has met the standard of a 3star and we enjoyed our stay.

Once again i am very thankful to Safeer Group who arrange our tour and give chance to stay in Occidental Al Jaddaf. We enjoy alot with family. Thankful to Occidental staff Mr. Samy and Ms. Bothayna. Would like to visit again and again. In the last special thanks to restaurant staff.

The Obelisk, Dubai Club upgrade is a must! The 360 degree views from floor 51 are unforgettable. I enjoyed many a cup of tea on Floor51 viewing amazing sunsets, the night sky and watching the coloured lights on the Burj Khalifa. During a very hot period due to a sudden change in the weather it was a treat to be able ‘pop’ to floor 51 and enjoy tea/coffee, afternoon tea and drinks in the evening whilst enjoying the stunning views. An excellent breakfast with a wide variety of items to meet all dietary needs. The room was lovely with stunning views. The swimming pool allowed a good swim and was particularly pretty in the evening. Fascinating watching the window cleaners! Not a job I would want. I am full of admiration. We did receive an upgrade as we waited 90 minutes to check in for club class. Staff need to be more relaxed. Just feel they are on edge. Your plate disappears nearly before you have finished eating. This in turn put me on edge. A more welcoming atmosphere needs to be adopted but still remaining standards. A special thank you goes to 'Satish' (do hope I have the correct name). He provided me with excellent service. i do say a very big 'thank you' to him. Satish you left me with some very interesting thoughts! To which I say thank you.

Loved the place .Great price and close to the airport. The breakfast was terrific and very clean. The pool was spacious and super kid friendly. The Grand Mercure next door is part of the group. Your choice which one you prefer. Their summer (June to September)prices are half of normal.

The Market Place restaurant was fantastic. Great food and ambience. The staff were all amazing. Special thanks to Neema, China, Santosh, Falak and Godwin. They made my dad’s 75th birthday a very memorable one. Kudos to the whole team. Keep up the good work!
