The Ritz-Carlton Hotels in Dubai

The hotel is in a quiet yet noisy location, with a moderate location, close to Dubai mall and the Future Museum. The surrounding environment is good and there are many restaurants. The room is clean, the room service is very good, the breakfast is very good, and the food and service are impeccable. The only drawback is that it took a long time to get a room with a better view the next day when checking in. The efficiency of answering the phone at the front desk needs to be improved, and the lobby is small and dark. In any case, the satisfaction with the rooms and restaurants more than makes up for the other shortcomings. Not bad👍. I will choose this hotel next time and recommend it to my friends. Thank you to all the breakfast staff for the great service, sincere smiles, kind greetings, excellent service, and a restaurant that I will miss. The guest rooms are cleaned carefully every day, every corner is impeccable and very comfortable. The view outside the window is great, I love it. Thanks 🙏 In addition, this beautiful country is very tolerant and welcoming to tourists, which left a particularly good impression on us.

I have to say that I really had an amazing stay here. The most exceptional part was the customer service! The staff were always attentive to client needs in every part of the hotel. The rooms get cleaned twice a day, well air conditioned, and with all of the appropriate amenities! Also the half board price contains many delicious restaurants included in the price and quite a few options to choose from! These include but are not limited to pan Asian, Italian, and American. I however wish there would be more drinks included in the restaurants. The beaches are well maintained and the hotel really cares about the comfort of guest, provides guests with the right materials to manage Dubai heat, and very clean private beaches! There people I would like to thank in particular for further enhancing my stay. These include but are not limited to Sofia, Nagesh, Shaune, Ishak, Rafnas, Suman, and Karla! Particular employees I would like to give a shout-out to: Sofia is always very warm and welcoming with the guests. She does an excellent job of showing guests around and educating guests of the hotel! Shaune has never missed a beat when it comes to serving. He is very hard working and makes sure orders are taken and received efficiently! I really would like to thank Nagesh as for our last breakfast at the hotel, specially went to the bakery to bring back a very cute and delicious brownie arrangement! I felt very touched by the personalized approach and out of all of the 5 star hotels that I stayed in, never received something so personal! In terms of personalized approaches, many employees greet customers by name and even for breakfast memorize drink orders! I Will definitely look forward to coming back again and highly recommend Ritz Carlton to guests who are looking for the true definition of a luxury hotel in Dubai!

Our sincerest appreciation to Rosa and Charls. They went out of their way to welcome us and make us feel at home by giving us a rice cooker as a housewarming gift since they may have heard us asking Housekeeping for it (which they didn’t have). At any rate, Rosa & Charls made sure that we had what we needed just when we were about to buy one that day. Their warm hospitality and gesture speak volumes of Ritz-Carlton’s brand of service. A special shoutout as well to Aletta who was very accommodating and kind enough to show us the different service apartments when we came here the first time. This made us decide to stay here.
