Dubai Port Saeed 5-star Hotels

It's a very good choice to stay , Breakfast was delicious and large variety. Easy to enter to city centre mall from the 2nd floor directly. It was enjoyable stay.

the hotel is walking distance from union metro station and you can go to many places by metro. cleaning is excellent. breakfast did not appeal to us. We couldn't sit at the table we wanted for breakfast, we were shown the table we would sit on every day, this was ridiculous. As soon as we got up, someone else was sitting in our place. Please don't show a table, let everyone sit wherever they want! We were upset that the hotel did not have a transfer service to the airport. Despite the other negatives, I give 5 stars for the cleanliness of the room.

The hotel has a beautiful environment and a great night view! The room is very clean, upgraded suites, serviced apartments, you can go to the seafood market to buy and cook for yourself. Seafood must be bought live, it is very cheap. Swimming grouper is only about RMB 110. A lot of chilled seafood is not fresh. If you cook for yourself, you must go to the seafood market to buy live fish, shrimp, and crabs. You can bargain for a very pleasant price. There are two bathrooms in the suite, which is very convenient. Opposite the pier is the Burj Khalifa, but there is still some distance to take a taxi, it takes 32 Di. The starting price of a taxi from the hotel is 12 Dies; the starting price of a taxi on the roadside is 5 Dies. You can take the subway or take a taxi, which is very convenient. Take a taxi from the airport to the hotel, the starting price is 26 di, plus the driver’s small detour, it seems to be about 4 to 5 di, and the taxi from the hotel to the airport T3 is only 18 di, which is actually very close.

We just got back from a 2 night stay for my 40th, and all I can say is Wow! Everything was perfect, from check-in, to the rooms, the views, and the food. We went with our 3 year old for the first night to celebrate my birthday and then the second night it was just my husband and I (we live in Dubai) and what a treat this stay was. Thank you to Haitham and Bilal for going above and beyond as well as the concierges, waiters, and car hops…just 5 star all along!

The hotel apartment is behind the hotel, two rooms and one hall. After driving to the door, someone will help to park. The hotel kitchen utensils are very comprehensive, we went to the waterfront market to buy seafood and go back to cook. Breakfast should go to the hotel through the underground parking lot. There are not many varieties, but it can only be full. It is worth mentioning that there is even milky white porridge, very kind, you can also walk to Carrefour, it is very convenient to buy a hand letter. But there was an unpleasantness, that is, the next day, the smallpox leaked, almost drowned the kitchen, the hotel's reaction speed was not fast, slow and long

New hotel, new location. 10 minutes from the deira city center metro station, there is also a shopping center. Rooms with a view of the city (for now on the construction site, then there will be window to window), rooms with a view of the canal (direct view - the construction site is not visible, side views - the construction site and the canal). Construction, as always, is carried out non-stop 24/7. Since it’s a new area, waiting for a taxi is difficult, but possible. We rented a one-room apartment for 3 people. The room has a large double bed, in the living room there is a sofa - it does not fold out, you can sleep on it, but this is only for one night, otherwise you need to take an extra bed for extra money (large 1-room apartments are, in principle, designed for a maximum of 2 people) . In the rooms: coffee machine (capsules are provided), kettle (instant coffee will be available tomorrow), hob, toaster, oven (no microwave), large refrigerator. Water is brought in bottles. Since the hotel is new, there are technical issues (flushing in the bathroom, smell in the toilet, operation of the touch panel), most likely they will be corrected soon. The pool is small, but the area around it is quite large with a beautiful view of the canal. The gym is comfortable, in the toilet rooms: 2 saunas, towels, shower, hair dryers, cosmetics. There was no breakfast, if not included in the price, breakfast - 125 dirhams per person. We took it for lunch: pasta with tomato sauce - 55 dirhams, burger - 80 dirhams. Edible, usually. Now, there is nothing near the hotel (cafes, bars, restaurants) - it’s all in Deira City Center. To Dubai Mall by taxi 50-60 dirhams or to the metro and a direct line. Close to terminals 1-2-3, to Al Maktoum 40-50 minutes by taxi from 160 dirhams. Maintenance service - they blow away the specks of dust from you, your wishes are fulfilled, but at the reception you have to wait (it takes time). Overall - good.

I find this hotel neat and clean. All repairs are done on time and facilities are shining. But what I value the most is Customer Support. All the hotel staff has exceptional high standards to treat visitors (in the restaurant, reception, any other person in the hotel). Thanks to Mr Bikash Tharu for always keeping my room cozy and bringing homely vibes.

Hotel is nice and clean. Room was nice and tidy. Location is a bit remote especially if you're not driving or using taxis but that's a personal opinion based on personal needs. Staff's good, i personally had a good experience but i gave an average score as i think they can do a better job being a bit more welcoming when someone walks to the hotel reception and criticising customers in front of other customers even if they are unreasonable and not polite (as the one i've encountered). Just etiquette of a client facing role.
