can never go wrong with accor group of hotels. though hotel hasnot been renovated for quiet sometime they maintain the cleanliness and 5 star quality

All the staff at SLS Business Bay were so accommodating and attentive. The property is so clean and modern; very picturesque. We enjoyed Privilege pool, S Bar and Fi’lia. Thank you to GM Flavin for making sure our balcony view from the room was city view perfect. The bed is extra comfortable and the big bathtub is a special addition and was definitely utilized. Thank you to Adam who was so helpful during check in. Adam’s smile was so inviting. He’s just the man for the job at front desk check in. Keep him around. Special Thank you to Laura who was communicating with me for 2 months on room decoration for a special birthday surprise. So many other staff members that were exceptional. Thanks to Emmanuel for always keeping the guests safe and greeting us every morning and evening. We had an amazing time and will definitely recommend to our friends.

Signature 1 Hotel in Barsha Heights is a modern and budget-friendly hotel known for its convenient location near key Dubai attractions and the metro station. Very nice hotel, the only thing I faced is I called room service 3 times to request for a dental kit on the third time received maybe as It was night time they didn't bring it as the third time I requested was in the morning. If your a light sleeper or can sleep if there is minimum sound as there is a disco or bar at the hotel.

Overall it was fine to stay at the hotel for a short business trip, but the service could have been better : we experienced delayed laundry , slow response level from the hotel team, late cleaning of the room, that was at 17:00 hrs - it’s just unacceptable late, without any notice given to us on it in advance. Breakfast was average. Lady at the reception was professional, she helped me with printing work papers and always sincere make efforts to help. We had an anniversary celebration on 7 February, that I have mentioned to the hotel during check in , but hotel didn’t do anything , not even a cake that was actually communicated to me by the front office. Location is fantastic, super convenient to get everywhere. Room was clean, but I really recommend to check bath towels and replace old ones , they look really tired and not white, for a hotel that has a five star ranking it’s important to pay attention on amenities and towels . We expected a bit more , a bit disappointing to see those gaps in service.

It is interesting to experience a stay on a ship... My room (or cabin?) had a low ceiling around 2.1 or 2.2m high. The room wasn't that spacious. The bathroom was compact, and the shower box without a door open towards the toilet bowl, causing the entire bathroom to get wet after taking a shower. As for the amenities,l, disposable toothbrush is provided in the room; the shampoo, soap, and conditioner bottles are afixed on the wall type, but the handpumps were wornout so they were not coming out, so I purchased the products at the lobby's convenience store. Cleanliness, there was hair in the shower box floor, and a long hair on the top of bed lining... not mine. The air-conditioner was centralized, and l couldn't adjust (increase) the temperature. The hotel front desk is a bit understaffed. Location, I was in an event nearby port Rashid, so it was a convenient location for me, reason why I chose this hotel. The breakfast buffet was complete and fantastic, with Indian cuisine, western food, pastries, salads, fruits, juices, coffee, a cheff on-site cooking omelets fried desk Staff is very friendly and professional.

The service was very kind and helpful (especially Franz and Ganga). The atmosphere was excellent, and the breakfast was diverse with plenty of options to choose from. We had planned to visit the pool, but there was a break during the time we wanted to go, so we didn’t end up using it. Despite that, everything else was positive, and we had a wonderful experience overall!

The Mercure Hotel is great for families. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite on the 35th floor. The views were amazing. We could see the marina and part of the palm. There is a gym and swimming pool. Small children can also play in the supervised kids' play area.

It was a surprise actually as I did not look at the hotel carefully as I was in hurry to book any hotel. What a surprise! Clean, looks very nice and exotic, the food was great, the people were so nice. I love it! Will be back again for sure!

We stayed 2 nights as a family 1.5 months ago and checked in after midnight, later than expected due to baggage delays. The staff were all good and friendly. The hotel is right beside DIFC metro station and is only a stop away from Museum of the Future in one direction, nd Dubai Mall/Burj Khalifa in the other direction and this was a factor in us choosing this hotel - being in middle of those 2 points of interests. When checking in, we got upgraded to an apartment due to the rooms being overbooked which was good for us. The apartment itself was good, there was a bathroom, bedroom, sitting area and an open kitchen. There were TVs in the bedroom and the sitting area. We could see Burj Khalifa from sitting room window. There were 1 issue which I will highlight and another very minor. Both of the TVs did not work. Never mind them not being Smart TVs, they did not even show any local cable channels - not whatsoever whilst we were there. I tried with both of them to get something on but no channels were available - not sure if there was an issue with connection. Secondly, if they have a kitchen in apartments, it would be a good idea to stock it with some pans, although we did not need to use any of it and only needed glasses, which you'd get in rooms anyway. Apart from the TV issue, hotel was great, there is a shop (24/7 perhaps) inside the hotel, we used luggage storage facility after check-out and we did not use or visit any other facilities like swimming pool and restaurants so cannot comment on them, perhaps another time.
