Stay was very nice We enjoyed a lot but one thing was very disappointing We been to bar for two days continue First day was good service was so nice But next day when we went The server (Salina) She was not good as we expected Not a single smile on her face She was like working forcefully Glasses and plates were empty but she never asked for drink or food feedback Every time we had to call her for each and everything Sagar and the short lady (leader) this two people were so nice Sagar who gave us food and plates . He was so attentive Maybe you guys give more trainings to staff that how to give service to guests We felt like we are dining in road side restaurant Where we don’t expect any standards Thanks

I chose this newly opened hotel in Business Bay for a business trip. I really like the decoration of the room! Breakfast and dinner were very good~ but the smell in the room was a bit too big, so the price was not high

The crystal chandelier is a bit cheap compared to the grade of this hotel, but the design is full. The glass design of the breakfast position is very low-key and restrained. You can also sit in the garden outside for breakfast, which is very pleasant. The service staff at the front desk and the next day were very good, and the beautiful lady who greeted the guests was also very good. I just don’t know if it was a system problem or something else. When eating breakfast, she insisted on saying in front of so many people that I only booked one person and the other one had to pay. I repeatedly emphasized that I booked breakfast for two people, and you can confirm it at the front desk. The restaurant just ignored it. It’s really too slow to think. It’s not aimed at guests, but change to some smart ones. It’s the same when eating. Give napkins to other tables, and we wipe them with our hands. . . I don’t know what I’m thinking. Of course, although breakfast is not a buffet, the dishes are still amazing. The juice is a bit average. I gave zero points for hygiene. The floor was not cleaned, and there was dirt in the quilt. Number one tower hotel the location is very good and from here you get a great view of Burj Khalifa and sheikh zayed road.Front desk Staff are so helpful and they took very good care every guest stay there. Room are so speacios and well cleaned . Especially thanks to Orpa from reception for all time making my stay comfortable

The personnel who ckeaned our hotel room ( Mr Ashraf) was amazing,professional and welcoming.He made iur stay very comfortable and I would recommend him to everyone who ever stays in that hotel.He is the best cleaner I have ever met.Thanks Sam

From the check in to check out was the best experience provided by Saima and Nariman to make sure that everything perfect The rooms amazing and perfect clean The facilities are super wow The spa is very high quality The swimming pool and Jacuzzi nice and the staff are very welcoming You deserve to be 5 stars for sure

The place is ok, the food is well prepared, the servers are polite, the cleaners are good also they are polite, the location is close by the airport so its an advantage for the travelers.

Co located in a shopping and office building there is plenty on hand to assist a stay. The Carrefour Market on the ground floor opposite the hotel lobby is extremely handy. Unfortunately, it does add to the time spent in lifts as they traverse the shopping and office levels. The hotel is not flash and is a little tired in decor, but the staff are pleasant and helpful even though they may be short of numbers for the busy times. Breakfast in the Tulip Restaurant is a good spread with many varieties of food available including a live omelette station. It’s also a pleasant view over the lagoon. The 11th floor rooms are a good size but the view can be a little drab when faced with the empty office block. The decor tiredness reveals itself in the lingering smoke smell even though the floor is a designated non-smoking zone. As to overall value, I can’t really give any pointers as I didn’t pick up the tab for my seven night stay.
