I stayed at Grand Excelsior hotel Al Barsha one night in Dec 2022. What an amazing hotel. I was greeted with such kindness and this continued throughout my stay. I booked the king room and my room was situated on the 6thfloor. The room was fantastic. Clean, modern, and had a fantastic view over .The rooms were big for dubai standards. I can’t complain about this hotel.

I just would like to thank that hotel for their trustworthy staff that I have left my Rolex watch for about two weeks and forgot about it then i called and GUESS WHAT? They had it safe for me so i asked my friend to grab it for me! Thanks a lot.. but just a little minus points for the waiting to check in and taking too long to get my luggage upstairs

My partner and I always stay in this hotel. There's only one thing we don't like, the service in the reception is too slow. The rest is good, better than everywhere else.

This is the third stay, all the staff treat each guest with a smile, the service is really amazing & # 128077; very attentive and caring! thank you all! Friends who want to live near MOE recommend living here! It's only 5 minutes' walk, so don't be too convenient & # 128522; there are Chinese supermarkets and Chinese food around

I recently had the pleasure of staying at MD Hotel by Gewan Dubai, and I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish. First and foremost, the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. From the lobby to the rooms, everything was spotless and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The level of service provided by the hotel staff was exceptional. They were attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with any requests or inquiries. Whether it was room service, housekeeping, or front desk support, they consistently exceeded my expectations. The hotel's location is also worth highlighting. Situated in the heart of Dubai, it offered convenient access to various attractions, shopping centers, and dining options. Additionally, the proximity to public transportation made exploring the city a breeze. The room I stayed in was spacious and elegantly decorated, providing a perfect sanctuary after a long day of sightseeing. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Furthermore, the hotel's dining options were fantastic. The on-site restaurant served delicious dishes with a diverse menu, catering to different palates. Modern beautiful room. The best bed. Lots of English tv channels. Close to the metro and restaurants. The hotel has a great restaurant itself. The pool area is lovely. Gym is versatile and big.

We are very lucky to have stayed in many beautiful hotels in Dubai, and around the world, but Jumeirah Al Naseem is quite possibly our favourite hotel ever...! This year's stay excelled last years visit, the customer service seems to have jumped up another level in 12 months, from an already high bar! Particular shout outs have to go to the Butler team: Ashraf, Diego, Lee, Feroz, Usman, Zaheer and Zsofia (and my sincere apologies if I missed anyone out!). The team looked after us extremely attentively, made sure everything went smoothly, and were always on hand whether via WhatsApp or in person - a huge thanks from me and my family! I can only repeat my previous review in regards this hotel: fantastic room/suite, dining options were always plentiful and top standard; pool, beach, kids club, watersports, tennis pitches, buggy service, access to Wild Wadi were all huge contributors to an awesome holiday!

I stayed with my family in the hotel during Eid Aladha holidays for two nights. Itwas beyond expectation. We didn't feel it was crowded. The check-in was a little slow but Amgad from the Front desk was a real help. The Breakfast was good. The swimming pool was good, Although it need a Pool bar for serving soft drinks. Overall our stay was really fun. The location is near Emirates Mall, so it's also a plus. Great value for money. We will definitely come back

A must-stay hotel in Dubai, Burj Al Arab is where you can experience what a seven-star hotel is inside. What’s the point of taking pictures outside, right? A room is 170 square meters. The metals seen in the bathroom are all 17K and 24K pure gold, and the toiletries are all Hermès. When booking a room, be sure to choose a sky room type, which is on a higher floor. Do not choose a luxury room type, which is on a low floor starting from the 2nd floor and has no view.
