Our apartment was spacious and kept clean all the time, for breakfast we were spoiled for choice and thanks to an amazing “certified waitographer who helped is with a family photo every morning, its a pity I cant remember her name but if she sees the attached photo she will remember us. The ever smiling Jenny at reception welcomed us and made us feel at home immediately. Thanks to all the team, in the dinning room your job is difficult but you all kept wonderful smiles. Nice hotel view of Deira Creek. Location is close to Union Metro station. I love my stay there. Excellent breakfast. They have a good variety of food . Vegetarian, Indian and western as well as some thing for kids . Overall excellent stay here and would recommend this hotel. See the photo of the breakfast buffet, that is only one part. Variety of cheese to choose from 😁

When i arrived at the reception I was quickly greeted and checked in. The staff were very friendly znd gave me information to my questions. Anoop was very helpful in getting me transportation. At the Grandstand Celso and Jane was very friendly in providing service. At the Pastry shop, Nurjan was always with a smile and came quickly to assist. The most facinating part was that Celso will pour my favirite drink as soon as i came in. This is all about knowing your customers. This was My first trip and i have wondeful memories at your hotel. I commend the management in hiring great talent. Thank you PS If there was 10 stars, they all deserve it

the hotel is walking distance from union metro station and you can go to many places by metro. cleaning is excellent. breakfast did not appeal to us. We couldn't sit at the table we wanted for breakfast, we were shown the table we would sit on every day, this was ridiculous. As soon as we got up, someone else was sitting in our place. Please don't show a table, let everyone sit wherever they want! We were upset that the hotel did not have a transfer service to the airport. Despite the other negatives, I give 5 stars for the cleanliness of the room.

Hotel location and service are very good, but the facilities, health and breakfast are very general. When booking, Chinese is written in two beds, but there are discrepancies with English. Because there are two colleagues living, there is no way to add AED400 to a suite. Fortunately, the hotel gave a room with two beds on the second day, otherwise it would cost a lot, and the overall feeling was not too satisfactory.

The location was situated within walking distance of the metro, so that was appreciated. It was in a nice area that did not feel touristy at all, but still with lots of solid restaurant and cafe options. The service was fantastic and everyone was quite friendly. I arrived very early in the morning and while they did not have my room ready (which is totally understandable), they provided me with some tea and breakfast while I waited for the room to be serviced. The front desk receptionist also provided me with a public transportation card as well! Overall it was an excellent experience and a great value if you are looking to stay for somewhere a bit cheaper in Dubai.

The main advantage of this hotel/apartments is it has kitchen facilities which is useful if you want to prepare your own food. The location is very good. I must say that for a price of around ₹6,000/- (AED 270) per night during the peak season, this hotel is a very value for money proposition. We stayed there from 26th November to 1st December 2022 which is within the peak season of tourism in Dubai. Unlike some other reviews, we found the service of the hotel to be very nice. Every time we had a concern, the hotel staff were prompt in resolving them. The amenities inside each room include a washing machine; ironing board; hair dryer; bath tub; kitchenette (with crockery, cutlery, microwave oven, induction burners, electric kettle and an exhaust chimney) and room temperature control. There’s buffet breakfast which was decent enough. There’s also a swimming pool and gym but we didn’t have time for those. Tip: if you are there with a large group of 8 or more people, I suggest you avail their cab service. There’s this one driver named ‘Faisal’ who drives a Toyota HiAce and was very helpful throughout our trip. Also, the car was very comfortable, spacious and much more cost effective than hiring two taxis.
