The date we booked is our 36 years marriage anniversary. I highlighted it when booking. The hotel is very kind and thoughtful of the special date. A nice cake and wonderful flowers are prepared in our room. We are very touched and happy. The weather is windy but we still have inside swimming pool to enjoy. That is clean and with warm water. My new swimming suit was left in the swimming changing room. Hotel swimming department kept it for very formally and sent to my room also with a nice bag. The swimming suit is actually a brand new and 1st time wear. The staff in GYM room is a nice guy. When I look around there was a very early morning, no others were using the GYM. He has time so introduced a lot in patient. Other services are also available and in very good consideration. Thanks very much

The room was spacious, elegantly designed, and equipped with every modern comfort, ensuring a relaxing and productive stay. The attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel was impressive, from the cleanliness of the facilities to the thoughtful amenities provided. What stood out the most was the exceptional service by the staff, who went above and beyond to accommodate every need. Whether it was assistance with meeting arrangements or personalized recommendations for dining and entertainment, they were always professional, courteous, and attentive. The dining experience was equally unforgettable, with world-class cuisine offered at every restaurant. The variety and quality of food, paired with beautiful settings, made each meal an event in itself. Reception desk: very formal and stressed ladies and gentlemen, but ok, for check-in/out not bad at all. The rest: very kind and helpful, especially the big guy at the entry (valet parking), room service and the whole pool stuff (pool bar and life guards) - great experience, thanks for that. :) not to forget the breakfast and dinner stuff, also very kind, but I assume to much people at once, especially in the morning...they are so doing their best. Cleanless: perfect (Ok, one dripping AC on 9th floor nearby elevator - it was really wet these days) Food: great food and a lot of choice's. Rooms: nice family room, with two separate children beds (big and comfortable matraces). Location: nearby the beach, directly in front of Burj Al Arab - perfect.

The check-in experience is poor. If the overall score is considered, it would be unqualified. It would be about 2 points. But the hotel's facilities and decoration are very good, so the price is so high. But the transportation is very inconvenient. The twin family room booked is large. The single-bed room we were given when we checked in was small in size. We were told that the room we booked was not available. My friend and I went to breakfast. The hotel staff led us to a table. We just sit down and suddenly, a waiter rushed to us and shouted rudely”this table is reserved!” My friend and I were astonished, did not know what happened. Then he made us leave and left us scared. Luckly a nice young lady noticed us, and came to ask what happened and then led us to another table. We asked the young lady- why breakfast table was reserved? We've never heard of it~~ She didn't reply directly. But even though the table was reserved indeed, the waiter could have tell us calmly, we would understand without any doubt. No need to shout out of malice. We went to the restaurant for breakfast. The waiter took us to a table and sat down. As soon as we were seated, a male waiter rushed out and said very savagely that this table was reserved and forced us to leave our seats. My friends and I were stunned and stood there dumbfounded without knowing what was going on. Fortunately, a young waitress saw us and asked us to sit down at another table. We asked: Do you also have table reservations for breakfast? The waiter didn't answer directly. But even if the table was actually reserved, the waiter could have said it nicely and there was no need to be so malicious. This is a hotel with terrible service and the room rates are so expensive it's not worth it. Will never come again. Personal lessons for your reference

My first trip to Dubai was a comfortable one. The accommodation fee was cheap (¥10,000/night), but it is a five-star luxury hotel chain of the Jumeirah Group. The location, hotel facilities, room size, cleanliness, view from the room, and staff service were all good. The bed was also very comfortable. The room had all the amenities. I couldn't find a hair dryer or hairbrush. There was a bathtub separate from the shower, so you can take a bath. You need to bring your own lotion and moisturizing cream. When I made a reservation with the ”24h checkout” benefit added, Trip.com said ”no prior notice required,” but this was not communicated to the hotel, so I had to inform the hotel at the front desk when I checked in. You may need to be careful with the unique efforts of reservation sites. It takes time to request and confirm with the staff. The female staff member who helped me was kind and changed my checkout to the evening. Also, the cleaning staff member Mutwalibi san left a nice letter and surprise in my room. I was very satisfied with the pleasant and comfortable stay.

Very good, top service. Among the 4 hotels in the castle, the palace feels the most like a vacation. It is intertwined with the villa area and is surrounded by rivers. You can take a boat for a walk. The swimming pool is also super large. There is a connecting road to walk to the market. It was very convenient to have a Chinese lady to help when checking in. There are very few Chinese people in the whole hotel. The Greek restaurant in the market is particularly good, and the valet parking is very comfortable.

The location and service of the hotel are great. The view is great. The beach is also great. The sea area where you can go into the water should be covered with soft white sand. It will not cut your feet at all. It is very comfortable to walk into the sea and you can sunbathe on the beach. The sun has been shining all day~ If I have a chance to come back next time, I still want to stay at Hegong. There is no need to try other hotels~~ It is definitely the best choice for families and couples! This is the most treasured experience of this trip!

The second time I went to Dubai and the second time I stayed at Madinat Jumeirah. The experience was more amazing than the last time. This time I stayed at Summer Palace Vila, which was great. The view on the second floor was beautiful and the service staff were very friendly. You can travel within the hotel by boat or shuttle bus. There are very few people in the swimming pool and beach, so the privacy is very good. Every time I go to Dubai, I must stay in this hotel. My children love it very much.
