Our entire stay was nothing short of amazing, and we truly enjoyed every moment from the time we checked in until our departure. The room was well-prepared, comfortable, and maintained to a very high standard by the housekeeping team, who ensured everything was spotless and welcoming throughout our stay. What really stood out, however, was the exceptional service and hospitality we received from the staff. Ajay at the front office was an absolute star – always approachable, polite, and extremely helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met and guided us with genuine care whenever we required assistance. His professionalism and warm attitude made a lasting impression on us. Equally, we would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Simran and Priya in the kitchen, who made our dining experience truly delightful. They not only ensured that the food was excellent but also added a personal touch with their kindness and attentiveness. Every interaction with them made us feel valued as guests, and their efforts made our mealtimes so enjoyable. Overall, the combination of excellent facilities and outstanding staff made this stay one of the most memorable experiences we’ve had. We sincerely appreciate the dedication and hard work of the entire team, and we will definitely be recommending this property to friends and family. Without a doubt, we look forward to returning in the future.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at IBIS, and I must say it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and attentive service from the staff. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, setting the tone for a wonderful stay. The room was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with modern amenities and a cozy atmosphere. I especially loved the [mention a highlight, e.g., stunning ocean view, luxurious bed, or relaxing bathtub], which made the experience even more special.

I recently stayed at Rove City Walk Dubai and had a brilliant experience. The location is unbeatable — just a short walk to City Walk and super close to Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa. There’s even easy access to the metro, which made getting around a breeze. The staff were honestly one of the highlights of my stay. From check-in to breakfast, everyone was welcoming and helpful. Special shoutout to John at breakfast and Waleed at reception — both went above and beyond! The room was modern and super clean, though I will say it was on the smaller side. It didn’t have extras like slippers or a toothbrush, but once I called reception, they were quick to help. The design of the hotel is fun and fresh, with great facilities like a gym, pool, laundromat, and even filtered water on tap — loved that touch. Breakfast was fantastic every morning, with a wide variety and really friendly service. Plus, the price I paid felt like a great deal for the quality and location. Only minor downside was some noise in the hallway late at night and slightly patchy Wi-Fi at times, but it didn’t affect my overall experience. If you’re looking for a cool, clean, and affordable place to stay in Dubai, I’d definitely recommend Rove City Walk. Would stay again without hesitation!

Great hotel. Only 3 minutes walk to the metro station so location is great to get around and see Dubai.  Staff were friendly and competent. The gym, swimming pool and spa facilities were clean and modern. I would definitely stay here again

# Rude restaurant owner/manager All of this hotel is amazing. The service, the hotel manager and the location and the facilities. Me and my friends love this place and enjoyed the time there❤️ ＜Except the restaurant owner/manager ＞ He provided breakfast at a price higher than the official website price, and he also refused to acknowledge the price on the flyer posted on site. He rudely and unreasonably asked us to pay the price he said, and ridiculously tore off the advertising leaflets on the scene. He said pay my price or leave. This is really low-level and shameful behavior. ＜Except the restaurant owner/manager ＞

Stayed at this hotel for the location close to my meetings , everything seem fine, I liked the gym even no body soap, no shampoo nothing , I found it pleasant, chilled cafe , I liked it , staff seemed friendly UP UNTIL one night after 10pm to my horror a member of the hotel pushed open the doors no knocking nothing , I just a shower so and was undress fully , he starred and froze at me until I need to shout to him so he close the door . The hotel manner of dealing with it was unbelievable the front of office manager Mr Hazem Mohammed stopped in the lobby to offer his apology I found that totally unprofessional and unacceptable, he then offered me to have coffee to which I refused. I demanded to know why the man came into my room where was he going why wasn’t he trained enough to comprehend to knock first .. the hotel would just say that he made a mistake for another room , for me that wasn’t good enough, they did nothing to show that they cared or wanted to make me feel better, they just brushed it off as if it was no big deal , for me it was ..I had to put my luggage in front the door Incase another man walked in without knocking during the night, slept with all the lights on . I really wanted to know why he came to my room why.. NO SOLID REASON 😔🤬 They refused to give a part refund or even a gesture they were concerned . Disgusting and bad management allow this to happen and they couldn’t wait for me to leave , when I came to check out they all made themselves looked busy, no one said anything, no one gave no eye contact , shame on you if you read this . That’s not how you treat women that’s not how you make your guest feel, why you couldn’t give me a valid reason because you yourself don’t have one …

Excellent service from the staff who were very friendly and always providing support whether in the reception, restaurant (Sameh and the crew) and on the pool. The quality of the breakfast should be better, specially the pastries. The location is very good for people coming specifically for an exhibition at the world trade center but there is no other attraction next to it.

Checkin and checkout went smoothly. Definitely recommend booking via Trip.com. Got a good deal for our room ❤️ and love the hotel and its amenities 😊
