Our entire stay was nothing short of amazing, and we truly enjoyed every moment from the time we checked in until our departure. The room was well-prepared, comfortable, and maintained to a very high standard by the housekeeping team, who ensured everything was spotless and welcoming throughout our stay. What really stood out, however, was the exceptional service and hospitality we received from the staff. Ajay at the front office was an absolute star – always approachable, polite, and extremely helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met and guided us with genuine care whenever we required assistance. His professionalism and warm attitude made a lasting impression on us. Equally, we would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Simran and Priya in the kitchen, who made our dining experience truly delightful. They not only ensured that the food was excellent but also added a personal touch with their kindness and attentiveness. Every interaction with them made us feel valued as guests, and their efforts made our mealtimes so enjoyable. Overall, the combination of excellent facilities and outstanding staff made this stay one of the most memorable experiences we’ve had. We sincerely appreciate the dedication and hard work of the entire team, and we will definitely be recommending this property to friends and family. Without a doubt, we look forward to returning in the future.

Very like this hotel, miss it every time while leaving🥲 It's like our second home♥️ All stuff know us and always very friendly. The sad thing is that now close to the hotel a building construction is in whole progress...that's why sometimes it's very noisily in the morning and one night I was woken up by them also😡 Very disappointed with it.. But any way, will always choose this hotel for staying 😍

Fantastic Location & Service Overcome Some Hurdles I spent a week at this hotel on a business trip, and it was a stay of contrasts, ultimately saved by its best assets: the location and the people. The Best Parts: The location is absolutely amazing – you simply can't beat it for convenience and access to the city. Furthermore, the service was the best. The staff are incredibly supportive, friendly, and efficient. A special thank you to the admin team who fixed my slow WiFi issue for work incredibly fast. They truly care about their guests. The Challenges: During my stay, major construction began right next to the hotel. The Room: The room was compact but comfortable and had everything I needed for my stay. While the construction was a significant downside, the unbeatable location and the exceptional, problem-solving staff made my stay positive overall. I would happily return, especially once the construction is finished. Recommended for: Travelers who want a prime location and value incredibly supportive service above all else.

Best hotel ever near to business bay and downtown. Very good location to go anywhere.

Its location right next to the WTC exhibition center makes it a more practical and better-value choice for exhibition-goers compared to the five-star hotels on Sheikh Zayed Road. The breakfast was also decent. As a four-star hotel, it's a good option, and it becomes even more economical during the off-peak season.

The hotel was right smack between two metro stations. It is better to use the Emirates Tower station as there is an overhead bridge to bring you across the road. The Museun of the Future is just nearby. Fo book your tickets at least 3 to 5 days in advance. We were unaware of the demand for the entry and missed going in vos it was fully booked for the next few days. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful.

Very good. As a family trip, it is very cost-effective to book a room during the period when the exhibition is not held. I did not expect to be able to stay in such a house in this place during the Chinese New Year. The breakfast in the hotel is very good and the service is also excellent. Anoma's smile is so charming. Healing and making people feel at home. The hotel has all the cooking pots and utensils, and there is a small supermarket below. It is very convenient if you want to cook some food occasionally. It seems that many Chinese people don’t know this place to stay. I haven’t met other Chinese people. I highly recommend it. .

Very good hotel with amazing vibes . this is my 3rd times staying at rove trade center. I love the hotel and the staff. Mary from the breakfast is amazing person and very attentive. . I will definitely make its 4 times soon. Thank you
