Overall, a good experience for a layover in Dubai. The hotel is decent and affordable, with a convenient free shuttle to and from the airport every 30 minutes. There were a few small issues: the staff promised a toothbrush but didn’t provide it, and there were no clear instructions on how to get the shuttle, which made it hard to find. Also, the blanket had a small spot on it. Despite these minor inconveniences, it’s a solid choice for a short stay.

I have stayed here a few times now and it's a great option near the airport if you have a layover. The shuttle bus service is frequent and convenient. Check in was easy although there was a lot of loud construction noise last time - however, it couldn't be heard in the room. The room is spacious and has everything you need (or can be requested from front desk). I really like that there's a bar/restaurant downstairs and the 24-hour Costa Coffee was a welcome surprise! Very reasonably priced considering what you get.

Location: Excellent, less than a 5-minute drive from the airport. Facilities: Well-equipped. Both the swimming pool and gym were great. Cleanliness: Very clean. Ambiance: While the hotel might be a bit dated, the atmosphere is still quite pleasant. Service: Extremely courteous.

The hotel provided a free bus shuttle to and from the airport which was great and helpful to our trip as it was just to rest for our next flight. The breakfast was good. Clean and neat.

The hotel offers spacious rooms and exceptional service, with polite and attentive staff ensuring a comfortable stay. Its location near the airport adds to its convenience, and the pricing is reasonable. The food quality of the inhouse restaurant was very good. However, a drawback is the lack of nearby restaurants, requiring a 10 to 15-minute taxi ride to the closest shopping mall for dining options.

Ideally located and close to the airport. Comfortable bed. Loved the way this hotel given priorities to environmental sustainability. Everything was perfact except for 2 small thing. 1. Tea/ coffee making facility provided but no tea spoon provided. 2. Only 2 small bottle of water provided each day. In extreme heat 2 bottles is not sufficient.

A short 5-min drive from Dubai airport. Clean and spacious for an overnight stay. Reception is nice and helpful. The only downside is although we booked for a non smoking double bed room on trip.com (long in advance), when we arrived we were told there was only double bed in smoking floor, or twin bed in non smoking floor. So we opted for the twin bed in non smoking floor.

The breakfast is optional for vegetarians and good. I didn't expect much for the Room service but it was delicious 🤤 The room size is comfortable for me and the amenities in the room are useful and great service. Awesome staff: restaurants, Front team, housekeeping. Location : convenient to take the metro red line to the world Trade Centre and just 2 stations from Airport terminal 3. I deducted 1 star for the cleanliness of the first day so I asked them to make it again even though it was late at night.

Great hotel for Business travelers. It is close to the airport and you cannot hear the flights taking off which is perfect. It is an older hotel but in good shape and very spacious room compared to other hotels in Dubai. Downside - the meeting room services are a shambles. There is no coordination for services agreed. The internet is HORRIBLE . 2 years back we conducted job interviews for new candidates. The network connectivity was beyond workable . Fast forward 2 years later - it is still down the shitter hole .I could not run a single report . I had to hotspot my phone on roaming to get my work done. I told the front office - all they do is apologize. For a holiday great place ..not for business guest

A decent place to stay for a night or two between flights. Very close to the terminal. The rooms were large and clean. The breakfast area was poorly planned, with the food laid out on a very high counter that was obviously meant to be a bar, but which meant children and shorter guests could not see let alone reach the food. At night, the reception is closed and guests need to walk to the adjoining hotel, Aloft, to check in or get support. The phones from the room are supposed to connect to the Aloft reception after hours, but at least one night they didn’t and we had to walk all the way down to the lobby then over to the adjoining hotel to request room service. Also, there was no exercise room.
