Our entire stay was nothing short of amazing, and we truly enjoyed every moment from the time we checked in until our departure. The room was well-prepared, comfortable, and maintained to a very high standard by the housekeeping team, who ensured everything was spotless and welcoming throughout our stay. What really stood out, however, was the exceptional service and hospitality we received from the staff. Ajay at the front office was an absolute star – always approachable, polite, and extremely helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met and guided us with genuine care whenever we required assistance. His professionalism and warm attitude made a lasting impression on us. Equally, we would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Simran and Priya in the kitchen, who made our dining experience truly delightful. They not only ensured that the food was excellent but also added a personal touch with their kindness and attentiveness. Every interaction with them made us feel valued as guests, and their efforts made our mealtimes so enjoyable. Overall, the combination of excellent facilities and outstanding staff made this stay one of the most memorable experiences we’ve had. We sincerely appreciate the dedication and hard work of the entire team, and we will definitely be recommending this property to friends and family. During my recent stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Hotel in Business Bay, Dubai, I was thoroughly impressed by both the accommodations and the service. The hotel's location is ideal, providing easy access to major attractions, shopping areas, and business hubs, making it perfect for both leisure and business travelers. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a warm and friendly staff who made the check-in process smooth and efficient. The lobby was modern and inviting, setting a positive tone for my stay. My room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, featuring comfortable bedding and a stunning view of the Burj Khalifa, which added a special touch to my experience. The amenities at the hotel were excellent. I particularly enjoyed the fitness center, which was well-equipped, and the rooftop pool, offering a relaxing escape with a beautiful skyline view. The on-site restaurant served a delicious breakfast buffet with a variety of options, ensuring a great start to my day. What really stood out was the staff's commitment to customer service. They were attentive and willing to go above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met, whether it was providing local recommendations or assisting with any inquiries. Oh my god was this a fine choice of accommodation. Facilities are great, the staff are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast spread is divine - the staff get to know you and remember your drink choice. The only slight inconvenience was that the hotel was a wee bit away from everything else (walking distance-wise in the heat) and if you ride a cab, the route has it so that you have to take a whole detour. If that's not as big of a hassle for you, I'd a 100% recommend.

Generally the service was fantastic but some details needs unproved.Ask send some bottle water to room but waiting a long time.Breakfast item should more and front desk staff inform us that breakfast is 6:00-11:00,but restaurant staff said breakfast period is 6:30-11:00,at 6:00,some of guest already waiting for breakfast open （apparently I’m not the only one who got wrong breakfast serving period information ). also till 6:30 food items still not set up completely yet .

# Rude restaurant owner/manager All of this hotel is amazing. The service, the hotel manager and the location and the facilities. Me and my friends love this place and enjoyed the time there❤️ ＜Except the restaurant owner/manager ＞ He provided breakfast at a price higher than the official website price, and he also refused to acknowledge the price on the flyer posted on site. He rudely and unreasonably asked us to pay the price he said, and ridiculously tore off the advertising leaflets on the scene. He said pay my price or leave. This is really low-level and shameful behavior. ＜Except the restaurant owner/manager ＞

The hotel managers are very cool, they helped to solve one very important issue, the hotel lobby is also very beautiful, there is a small store right in the hotel, which is very convenient. The rooms are beautiful, but there is a huge minus - these are air conditioners (ventilation), which blow directly into your face on the bed and nothing can be done about it. Because of this, I got sick. 2 options: either endure it and freeze, or sleep in the stuffiness and heat. Very poorly thought out. And I was also outraged by the paid cleaning of the rooms. For such a price, hotels usually include daily cleaning, but here it cost 106 dirhams. And the shower leaked very badly and flooded the bathroom, despite the tightly closed shower doors.

Our first family visit to Dubai The best hotel my family and I have stayed in. The room is very spacious and clean, overseeing the Burj Khalifa. The hotel staff is ever-polite and very accommodative. Breakfast was excellent with many food choices. 1) The duty manager will never fail to give a courtesy call to find out if everything is fine during our stay 2) Shoutout to Mr. Jeff for helping us to safekeep our Dubai loots (Fix Chocs and cakes) before returning back to our homeland. 3) Shoutout to Ms. Aleksandra (I hope I get the name correct) for showing us to our room during the check in. 4) Shoutout to the lady staff who always greeted us at the lift lobby from 8am to 8pm. Overall, it was indeed a memorable stay in The St. Regis Downtown for our first trip to Dubai. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
