Lovely hotel! Checking in was great, they even gave me a late checkout of 6pm when leaving. Room service in the expensive side, so I didn’t use. Breakfast was lovely. Maybe breakfast was a little understaffed as they struggled to bring coffee to my table on the last day, but I think this was due to it being peak time. Rooms were really nice, clean, modern and the bed was awesome! Would love to stay in these hotels again. This has to be one of my favourite hotels I’ve stayed at in the price range.

A very wonderful experience and one of my best experiences in a short stay, the welcome and reception, the luggage carrying service, the design and location of the hotel, the size of the rooms, the beauty of the decor, the services, the psychological comfort and tranquility, so this hotel has been approved as my permanent residence in the future, inshallah 🤲🏻

This hotel is so 👍! My experience staying here was great! First of all, the hotel's service made me feel extremely warm and comfortable. The staff was warm and friendly, always available to answer questions and provide assistance. Secondly, the hotel has all the facilities, the room is comfortable and spacious, and the bed is soft and comfortable, allowing me to have a good night's sleep. Finally, the hotel's location is also very convenient, with convenient transportation and many restaurants and shopping malls nearby. All in all, I had a great time in my life at this hotel and I highly recommend it to everyone! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I strongly recommend to book the stay at Al Khayma. We are a family of 4, so at first the cost of the stay seems expensive. However, the camp is not just a stay and a lot of stuff are included in the price. Firstly, all the meals are included. A buffet lunch, a buffet dinner and also breakfast served right outside your tent. Secondly, the camp also provided the traditional robes for males and females which we gladly wore throughout our stay and took photos with them. In addition, there are traditional snacks, soft drinks, water, photos with falcon, heena, fire show, star gazing, etc. also, sunrise camel ride is also included. Last but most importantly, the service from all the staff at the camp was fabulous.. We strongly encourage people to book an overnight stay at this camp.

Very cool, cozy and stylish hotel. Service at a high level. The hotel is new, everything is clean and beautiful. There is a variety at breakfast, although small, the only thing is that the composition of the dishes did not change during our three days of stay. Otherwise, I liked everything.

Overall, it was a good hotel worthy of a 5-star rating. We had to move rooms due to a broken bathroom door, and my family was happy that they upgraded us. However, the location was a bit inconvenient to walk around, and the attitude of some of the front desk staff was the most stiff compared to my experience in global 5-star hotels - even 4-star hotels. There was no smile, and they were very business-like, and they didn't seem to care about people who weren't used to Arabic English pronunciation. I think the facilities are important, but the friendliness of the hotel front desk is more important, so I'm not sure if I'll use it again next time.

The location is easy to get around everywhere. At check-in, I wanted to book a spa appointment, but was told to go directly to the spa to book it myself. And I made a reservation in person, but it was not reserved on the day of the event. Why? It is a chain hotel, safe and secure. They are just handling the guests.

The hotel is well located but the service was very poor. Nothing like Hilton as zi know it to be. I had to wait for so long for the hotel staff to come and help.

All the staff at SLS Business Bay were so accommodating and attentive. The property is so clean and modern; very picturesque. We enjoyed Privilege pool, S Bar and Fi’lia. Thank you to GM Flavin for making sure our balcony view from the room was city view perfect. The bed is extra comfortable and the big bathtub is a special addition and was definitely utilized. Thank you to Adam who was so helpful during check in. Adam’s smile was so inviting. He’s just the man for the job at front desk check in. Keep him around. Special Thank you to Laura who was communicating with me for 2 months on room decoration for a special birthday surprise. So many other staff members that were exceptional. Thanks to Emmanuel for always keeping the guests safe and greeting us every morning and evening. We had an amazing time and will definitely recommend to our friends.

I travel to Dubai 2-3 times in a year, and I lived 8 years in UAE, but I have never seen such fantastic service. If you want good location near to Dubai Mall also that is the choice you need to take
