My stay at this Dubai hotel was an **unexpected masterpiece**! I originally needed to cancel my booking, but due to policy constraints, I proceeded with the stay – and it turned out to be **the most stunning hotel I've ever experienced in Dubai**! **What blew me away:** ✨ **Palatial Rooms**: Massive suites with jaw-dropping city/desert views – easily the **most spacious luxury accommodation** I’ve encountered. 🛏️ **Next-Level Thoughtfulness**: When I mentioned traveling with my child, staff **proactively added an extra bed** in my suite before I even entered the room. 🌹 **Exquisite Staff**: The all-Russian concierge team wasn’t just exceptionally elegant – they delivered **5-star service with genuine warmth**. Their attention to detail made us feel like royalty! Despite my initial frustration, every moment here felt like a VIP experience. From the glittering lobby to the skyline vistas, this place redefined luxury for me.

Good hotel connected to the mall. Services and facilities were pretty standard.

Very clean and spacious room, prime location which near by to the shopping mall. Provide self laundry services which very convenient for business stay.

The stay was overall pleasant. The service is impeccable- the staff work is great. The only thing- the safety box was broken in our room. But we were offered to have it replaced. Also upon our request, the receptionist allowed us to choose between two quite rooms. We were there during the new year, so the music from the rooftop bar was pretty loud till late at night- but it was predictable. The location also worked perfectly for us- just nearby our favourite mall and two metro stations

Smooth booking at Trip.com Hotel helped us with the added request of early check in with extra payment. Staffs are polite and helpful. Breakfast was with varieties items . We took buffet lunch and dinner ,not much varieties in items but it was perfect with us. One improvement , would like to suggest, the sofa cum bed for our family suite room was really uncomfortable and very much unstable. They tried to fixed once we highlighted, but still … can be improved. Thanks

This is an excellent hotel. My boss was very satisfied with our stay, and it was also very budget-friendly. The facilities are comprehensive, and the breakfast was good. Most importantly, its convenient location makes getting around incredibly easy. I would definitely choose this hotel again given the chance.

The hotel is amazing, it is clean, located in a great area, 8 min walk to Mall of The Emirates, the Wi-Fi is ok, the staff is friendly, BUT: 1. Be aware that it is a hotel where you can smoke inside of the rooms. In 2025! We asked on the reservation for a non-smoking room, but they didn't offer us, and it was a nightmare in the last night. 2. There is an interconnected door with another room, so the noises are more intense, and the smoke from it enters in your room easily. We couldn't sleep in the last night because our neighbor smoked until 4 a.m. and the smoke in our room was feeling awful, just like he smoked in our room. If you want to book it and you don't smoke, ask very clear that you want a non-smoking room without an interconnected door with another room.

Everything was great but there were some amenities that weren’t working like the tv connection and the one of the lights. But otherwise everything was perfect.

We are really satisfied to our staying in the TI'ME ASMA HOTEL so feel comfortable when you entering the room clean and arranged well. Really Thanks to the staff in the receptionist so attentive. So Recommended hotel for all.😉❤️

Location is really nice, very near Mall of Emirates. The hotel and the room is clean and looks very new
