I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the reception went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was quickly shown to my impeccably clean and comfortable and big room. The room itself was well-appointed, with all the amenities I could need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The view from the room was stunning, adding to the overall ambiance.the dining staf was friendly and helpful to the guests as well, the house keeping was very helpful, actually all the staff in this hotel was friendly people and smiling as well with the guests, The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. What truly setting the exceptional service. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to assist with any request. Their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction is commendable.

This is an excellent hotel. My boss was very satisfied with our stay, and it was also very budget-friendly. The facilities are comprehensive, and the breakfast was good. Most importantly, its convenient location makes getting around incredibly easy. I would definitely choose this hotel again given the chance.

The location is excellent, the food is generally varied, cleanliness is top notch. The downsides in January are the lack of heating, heating by air conditioning (which cannot be adjusted to heat). The view is into the alley - it's a bit dark in the room. There is a local store (and a shopping center), a nice cafe and a metro station nearby. We think it's an excellent option.

Cost-effective accommodation for business trips

It's a nice place to stay during off time.relaxing and peaceful room.We enjoyed our stay and had a really great time. One thing only that catches my attention is in the bathroom, there's a lack of bathroom necessities such as soap and dental kit which other hotels that I booked for the past days were present in the bathroom. So far it's a nice place to stay.

We stayed for one night as a group of four and enjoyed close rooms on request the staff was helpful and when we told them we were celebrating my sisters graduation they didn’t hesitate to bring us a complimentary cake. The rooms are clean and the location is perfect it took us 6 minutes from our room to the mall.

No complains, great service, great room, close to the metro station, mall of the emirates, a lot of restaurants, supermarkets, also a bus stop, you’ll get all what you need, would come again.

I'm ver satisfied their service. I can feel comforts from that hotel. Please diversify to all world.
