Had a fantastic stay with my family at the Atlantis Palm. Check in was super easy and reception staff were so polite and helpful. The room was nice and spacious and catered for the family really well. It was well equipped and the beds and sheets were really comfortable. The best thing about the hotel is access to the waterpark which is a must. We had so much fun and we’re not able to go on all the slides in one day so needed to visit it again the next day. Good options are great and not as expensive as one would think. I recommend anyone who goes to Dubai to stay at this hotel it is truly a global icon and it will not disappoint

This hotel is marked with five diamonds. Except for the size of the room, everything else is much worse. Especially the breakfast. I have never seen a five-diamond hotel in the world with such a bad breakfast. First of all, there is no self-service, and everything is a la carte. It was well matched, but it tasted so bad that it made me sick. I applied to check out today at 1:30, but I couldn’t get into the room before 12 o’clock. I am an old man and sick, so I stood outside the door for three days. It took more than ten minutes to contact Ctrip before opening the door, and the lobby was not as small as the lobby of a five-star hotel, which left a very bad impression on us!

Health services are also very good. The products used are also very good. The location is great, very close to the seaside. Recommended to stay. But it would be better if the breakfast could be improved a little bit.

A very good hotel with a super professional stuff. Stayed there for 3 nights. We asked for a corner room, and we really got one, but when we entered the room there was a smell of mold, and there were noises coming from the upper floor. After i contacted the reception and complained about the above, they immediately moved us to a knew room, that was fantastic. This is the kind of service that you have to get in such high level hotels. The hotel is located in an excellent location, and it is connected to a mall, with a lot of restaurants. The room was big and very comfort, and had the all amenities that you need. This hotel is a very good choice in Dubai

The room was clean and beautiful! ! The pool is also great fun! Friday parties are fun! ! The key is! The service attitude is great! ! so perfect! Every staff member is very enthusiastic! ! Come to the pool and lay the towels for you! Take the initiative to help you go to the road to stop the car! The breakfast is also very rich! A casual birthday! There were cakes and chocolates! ! W worth it! ! !

Having just returned on Friday after spending a week with the family (2 teen boys) I could not recommend this hotel enough. Whilst the hotel and ALL the facilities are 5 star, having the right personnel is paramount……….and you wont be disappointed at The Fairmont. Despite our check in at 4am, the process was made effortless by the staff. Though it was at this time the manger advised us the room we’d booked was not available due to a technical error their side and therefore they would be upgrading us to a suite the following day by 12 noon. The following day after breakfast the on duty manager Anoop Rai came to see us to thank us for our understanding and that our belongings would be moved across later that afternoon. True to his word, we were moved to a junior suite on the 8th floor with beautiful views of both the sea and Dubai Marina. The quality of service continued throughout our stay by all members of staff, though special thanks to both Suity and Jhenelyn on the front desk who were always there to answer any questions and assist with any restaurant reservations. That leads onto the food, Flow Kitchen is the buffet breakfast and evening dinner place and there’s a variety of different cuisine for all to enjoy……..you won’t be disappointed. You’ve then you’ve got the specialist restaurants and we tried a couple the first being the Sea Grill Bistro. Having booked half board, this gave us the set 3 course meal and option to add if we wanted. The portion sizes were good and the food was tasty, from starters (Caesar salad, Kale Salad and Prawns) to the mains (Salmon, Sea Bream and Chicken)…………so one we’d definitely recommend to dine at. The other was Little Miss India, which too did not disappoint with the various kebabs and curries, all of which were VERY tasty and the chef was happy to add the extra spice if required :) Having direct access to your own private beach was great, though we preferred to be pool side of which there are 4 with one being adults only (over 16’s). Finding sun loungers was generally okay, so you didn’t need to wake up super early to put towels down. The pool side team were always to hand to assist if you couldn’t find any and take your orders for any food or drinks. The location of this hotel is good on The Palm is good, lot’s to do around there with the various beach bars/restaurants (some age restricted) though a short taxi ride you can go to Dubai Marina, Atlantis and Bur Dubai. Stick to the yellow metered taxis, even though some of the black ones are metered we were told they’ll still be more expensive. Opposite the hotel on the Golden Mile you’ve got the Nakheel Mall, lots of shops including Waiterose and/or M&S for those feeling a little homesick :) One thing to note when booking, go for the ‘beverage package’ if you enjoy a drink or two. This allows anyone aged 21 or over 2 alcoholic drinks (beer or house wine) with both the red and white being VERY nice. So in a nutshell we’d certainly

Everything is excellent, the beach is nearby, a 1-minute walk, a swimming pool on the terrace with a gorgeous view, the food is varied and tasty. A magnificent promenade with many cafes. The staff is very polite. The rooms have a stove, washing machine, iron, refrigerator, balcony and all kitchen utensils. Moll (shopping center) opposite the hotel, there is a grocery store that sells pork products. I recommend it, you won’t regret it

The service at this new hotel was phenomenal and nothing was too much. Every member of staff were great. Everywhere was kept clean and the food was lovely. We had a variety of salads daily by the beach at Jones the Grocer and even though they didn't have as many options for a teen with coeliacs, the staff were exceptional at adapting it so he could eat more of a variety. The staff and head chef Martin from the main restaurant in the hotel spoke to ll the restaurants to ensure they could be more flexible with options for GF food but I am surprised Hilton group did not ensure all the new restaurants attached to the Hilton had capacity within their kitchens to safely cater fr allergies without risk of contamination. they have small kitchens. Trade of Vics had one gf choice so we couldn't eat there, and the pub bar could not do gf fries or anything gf! All that aside we would stay there again because of there phenomenal service from all staff we dealt with, they just need more options gf which cater for teens.

The location is right at the end of the Palm, so good for seclusion and a beach get-away, but far from downtown Dubai. Great service, great food, nice amenities. Private beach is well kept and very spacious, but pool is a bit busy during the day and sauna facilities are a bit small (only 2 people at a time).

Everything is very satisfactory, special thanks to Queenie for the room adjustment, and special thanks to the housekeeper sandy for the chocolate cake, thank you both for their patient service! Had a really nice wedding anniversary! Overall, I am very satisfied, the villa is very good, you can go out to the sea, and you can see a lot of small fish! I think Anantara Dubai is better than Maldives! The main reason is that Dubai’s Palm Island is connected to the city. When living in sand houses or water houses by the sea, you can take a taxi to go out for shipping, shopping, watching movies, eating and so on are very convenient, and the mall in Dubai is as big as 50 football fields! Really great! The only bad thing is that I missed a piece of clothing at the hotel, and the hotel said it would be mailed to me, but they actually quoted me 300 dirhams, which is 600 RMB! I'm drunk too! Facilities: great Hygiene: very good Environment: 10 out of 5 Service: The room service is very good in all aspects. The only bad thing is the after-sales service. I missed a piece of clothing at the hotel, and it cost me 600 shipping fees for the hotel to send it.
