Hotels in Palm Jumeirah, Dubai

Having just returned on Friday after spending a week with the family (2 teen boys) I could not recommend this hotel enough. Whilst the hotel and ALL the facilities are 5 star, having the right personnel is paramount……….and you wont be disappointed at The Fairmont. Despite our check in at 4am, the process was made effortless by the staff. Though it was at this time the manger advised us the room we’d booked was not available due to a technical error their side and therefore they would be upgrading us to a suite the following day by 12 noon. The following day after breakfast the on duty manager Anoop Rai came to see us to thank us for our understanding and that our belongings would be moved across later that afternoon. True to his word, we were moved to a junior suite on the 8th floor with beautiful views of both the sea and Dubai Marina. The quality of service continued throughout our stay by all members of staff, though special thanks to both Suity and Jhenelyn on the front desk who were always there to answer any questions and assist with any restaurant reservations. That leads onto the food, Flow Kitchen is the buffet breakfast and evening dinner place and there’s a variety of different cuisine for all to enjoy……..you won’t be disappointed. You’ve then you’ve got the specialist restaurants and we tried a couple the first being the Sea Grill Bistro. Having booked half board, this gave us the set 3 course meal and option to add if we wanted. The portion sizes were good and the food was tasty, from starters (Caesar salad, Kale Salad and Prawns) to the mains (Salmon, Sea Bream and Chicken)…………so one we’d definitely recommend to dine at. The other was Little Miss India, which too did not disappoint with the various kebabs and curries, all of which were VERY tasty and the chef was happy to add the extra spice if required :) Having direct access to your own private beach was great, though we preferred to be pool side of which there are 4 with one being adults only (over 16’s). Finding sun loungers was generally okay, so you didn’t need to wake up super early to put towels down. The pool side team were always to hand to assist if you couldn’t find any and take your orders for any food or drinks. The location of this hotel is good on The Palm is good, lot’s to do around there with the various beach bars/restaurants (some age restricted) though a short taxi ride you can go to Dubai Marina, Atlantis and Bur Dubai. Stick to the yellow metered taxis, even though some of the black ones are metered we were told they’ll still be more expensive. Opposite the hotel on the Golden Mile you’ve got the Nakheel Mall, lots of shops including Waiterose and/or M&S for those feeling a little homesick :) One thing to note when booking, go for the ‘beverage package’ if you enjoy a drink or two. I had some difficulty with the check in, booked luxe sea view room thinking of the pool view as shown in the website then they gave me a room which was totally different , can’t see any pool view , spoke with somebody in the phone from the room as I was not happy of the room , then a lady , named Freya spoke who was very rude and very poor customer service who was not trying to help in any way , I was not happy then went to the reception to speak about it , there was a receptionist named Anjali , who was very lovely , who sort out my room problem and gave me a new room as advertised and I was very happy . Because of receptionist Anjali ,who was brilliant, had great customer service made my day and saved my experience in the hotel . I am giving all these 5 star just for Anjali, who was star of my visit to the hotel , otherwise will have given 0 star for the customer service provided by the in-house room manager Freya , who was rude and zero customer service , donor try to help in anyway . The place is really good mainly for parties , young people . I love the place , vibes.

Exceptional hotel in all aspects. It's pretty new and the hospitality is great. We got upgraded to a superior studio which was great and had amazing views and great sunrise. Breakfast spread was excellent and well arranged. Just one bit, it was peak summer when we stayed and the bath water was unbearably hot even in the normal setting.

Great hotel with wonderful rooms with full equipment for all the necessities (even with toaster and washing machine). Great service, tasteful breakfasts, nice staff. Especially I would like to thank wonderful receptionist Sree, she provided me with the best room available from my category with pretty view, which made my anticipated staying at the hotel even more delightful. Nice private beach in 2 minutes by walk. Also with good free wi-fi that you can connect from nearest cafes. I recommend Adagio Premium The Plam to everyone!

It was an amazing service& food! I like everything in this restaurant and I will come and visit again. it was my pleasure to be served at this wonderful dinner Chef Song Mi, Sean Nicco Drew, Elly. I've already sampled everything on the menu, and I can honestly say that the Korean food is the finest, therefore I highly recommend trying it. So delicious, and so lovely!

Tastefully designed residence with a prime location next to a mall where you can find anything you want! It’s also a 10-15 minute walk from the beach bars where vibes are immaculate. The beds are comfortable and even the hallways smells great. Extra points for helping me fold my pajamas when servicing my room!!

The Wyndham Residences the Palm on the Palm Jumeirah in Dubai is on the artificial palm island, more than 20 minutes away from the Atlantis Hotel on the Palm Jumeirah. The light rail station for island tours is also there. Next to the Atlantis Hotel, the transportation is convenient. The Wyndham Serviced Apartments provide attentive services, including fruit bowls and condolence cards, so that you can feel cordial with your guests. There are washing machines, electric stoves, refrigerators, microwaves, and pots in the apartment. The basins and bowls are equally accurate and convenient to use. The front desk of the building has a beautiful scenery. It is worth enjoying life there!

Had a fantastic experience at Atlantis, The Palm. The service was outstanding, the amenities were top-notch, and the views were breathtaking. Perfect for a luxurious and memorable getaway. Highly recommend!
