15mins on foot from the gold souq The breakfast venue is breathtakingly beautiful The door has a huge gap on the floor and sound proofness is not guaranteed. You can hear people talk and walk in the aisle The booking website shows me a bathtub which doesn't exist in my room Don't expect for Hyatt regency quality. This is an old building and offers a very normal service

Staff at the club lounge are very helpful , breakfast also is good with a wide variety .

5-Star Stay! Highly Recommended I had an amazing experience staying at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable — exactly what I needed after a long day of travel. The location is perfect, close to everything yet peaceful at night. I also loved the breakfast buffet — delicious and with a lot of variety! Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for the exceptional service!

This hotel is perfect if you are planning to travel to Dubai. The aircon is good at the hotel, their rooms are too clean, and importantly the reception is exceptionally when you just check in. There are quite a number of these hotels, but this one is unique in that it is at a very quite place unlike the city centre ones where there is a lot of traffic. I would 200% recommend you to stay by this hotel.

The tubs are horrible high and terribly slippery. I fell the first night and got badly bruised up. The shower head was loose and we had to call maintenance. Then there was issues with the water temperature. They did fix it but wish it would've just worked to start with. It's rather far from the main strip so if you're looking to be close to the center of everything this is not the place for you.

Our stay was excellent, the location is good, there’s metro station that’s near by walking. The breakfast & Executive Lounge were all excellent 💯

A good experience, I stayed 4 nights. There is free shuttle to the airport, it is only less than 15mins drive from the airport. Excellent location just few mins walk to the metro station. Carrefour supermarket is just Infront of the metro station and it is very convenient for last minute souvenir purchase. Jherson(sorry if wrong spelling) at the breakfast area is a very smiley and pleasant young man. Can see from his smile every morning that he is very passionate about his work and serves all his guests with a big welcoming smile. Very satisfied with everything for the price paid.

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was on the hard side n oillows very thin/soft. Just dont like the idea of shower in the tub, i requested for a walkin shower but didnt get it. This hotel is attached to the mall so its easy to shop n eat.theres carrefour too😁
