Service was ok, area has good connection to most commercial aerial , restaurants transportation ……… Hotel staff very kind and welcoming, inside the hotel was clean, nothing to claim!

The hotel is well-equipped and comfortable. The room was very clean and cozy, true to Hyatt standards. Its location is convenient, just about a 5-minute walk from the Al Riga metro station. The staff was very helpful, and the front desk provided friendly service; we were even able to check in early. The breakfast buffet was rich and offered a wide selection. Unfortunately, we didn't get a chance to use the outdoor pool as our time was limited. Overall, a lovely hotel for a short trip to Dubai.

This hotel is very well located and attached to Al ghurair Shopping centre where there is a medium sized Carrefour supermarket, Centrepoint, Bath body and works, Marks and Spencer shop to name a few and several eateries and chemists. The metro station Union is about a five minute walk away. Easy access to everything as it is right in the hustle and bustle of Al Rigga. Taxis are readily available. The hotel is split into hotel rooms and apartments on each side. Both are accessed from 1st floor. There are 2 good sized swimming pools, with spa which you pay extra to access. There is a coffee shop in reception area open until late which offers cakes, sandwiches and coffees. Room service is 24 hours. TV selection is okay with a few English cinema films, CNN, Euronews and Travel channel. Apartments are spacious and well designed however furniture is dated and upholstery dirty and stained. Air conditioning in rooms weren’t always working properly. Kitchen area had large American fridge, washer dryer and kettle with coffee maker. No pods provided for Nespresso machine. No basic washing up liquid etc.. so going to supermarket next door will be a must to get basics. Bathrooms had Swiss shower gel, shampoo, conditioner. Bathrooms were huge, modern and clean. Rain shower lacked pressure but did the job. Overall, a fantastic stay as apartment was huge, located in a good vibrant part of Deira, close to airport and staff extremely friendly and professional. Furniture needs updating and maintenance needs  to look into fixtures. I would recommend and I would return due to location and outstanding staff

My sister and I stayed here for 6 nights. Very close to Al Rigga Metro Station and is surrounded with mostly filipino restaurants. I would recommend. They also have a bar on the reception area and restaurant. Gym is at the 6th floor. And parking is free :) Will definitely stay here again, not to mention the room is being cleaned every single day.

Even though i did a last minute booking for a very low price with absolutely no expectations in mind i was delightfully surprised at the quality level of this hotel. Rooms very clean, facilities very good and easy to access and the staff is very friendly. Will definitely recommend for travelers looking for an accommodation close to the airport

Service was good and the staffs were friendly. Room was spacious. It’s also near groceries and metro. We enjoyed our stay.

My stay at Asiana was amazing and service was superb. The staff were always so attentive and would definately be staying there again on my next visit.

You need to walk for about 10 minutes to reach the next metro 🚇 station. Also you need to authorize frequently to the internal WiFi in order to keep connected to the internet. Overall a positive experience staying there with polite and helpful staff.

I stayed from April 19th to 20th with my family (2 adults and 2 kids), and unfortunately, the experience was far from what you'd expect from a so-called 5-star hotel. First major disappointment – no valet parking. For a hotel of this rating, that's a basic expectation. Check-in experience was equally poor. The front desk staff lacked warmth, professionalism, and any genuine effort to make guests feel welcome. Their attitude was indifferent, and they seemed clueless about guest service. We had requested a non-smoking, was thinking of a quiet room, but while the staff claimed to have ”upgraded” us, the room we got was clearly dated. It was clean, but the bathroom basin was clogged constantly, and the noise from outside was unbearable. Even passing cars could be heard clearly, making it hard to get proper rest. The only positive part of our stay was the breakfast – the food was good and the breakfast staff were polite, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Checkout was another letdown. There were barely any staff available, and the process felt rushed and unprofessional. Honestly, I’m surprised this hotel holds a 5-star rating. Based on our experience, it felt more like a 3-star at best. I genuinely don’t understand the high ratings it seems to receive. My overall rating: 2 out of 5. Would not recommend for families looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
