The perfect business stay during Dubai Boat Show. One nightly service request was not taken care of swiftly, apart from that overall service was impeccable. Very nice, spacious room with everything one might need, as far as I am concerned.

Great hotel with delicious breakfast.

Hotel design is modern. Everything is new and staffs are helpful. However, no shopping malls and restaurants are nearby.

Unfortunately I got there during the flood and the next day some of the services weren’t available. I think they were short staffed so my room never got clean nor did I get water. I had to call to get them to bring some more water. Overall it was a great hotel and I am sure if the flooding wouldn’t have happened it would have been better. The breakfast was 10/10! Amazing!

A bit disappointed with the hotel more about the reception service which brought down my ratings. The girls who ever was there were cold and not welcoming. On the other hand the spa and the in room dining ( Charles) made the balace. The hotel need to rethink seriously about the front office which is the first impression on the hotel.

Annoying and not isolating the room from the annoyance the street

W Mina Seyahi was absolutely fantastic. The hotel's modern design and attention to detail are impressive. The staff were welcoming, friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and had stunning views. The pool area was a great place to relax and enjoy the sun. The dining options were exceptional, especially the rooftop bar with panoramic views of Dubai. The fitness center was well-equipped. Overall, I was blown away by the level of service, facilities and overall experience at W Dubai - Mina Seyahi. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai.

Great hotel best breakfast!!

Nice place, amazing rooms with outstanding design. Swimming pool could be deeper but an advantage is that you can spend time at any swimming pool on Mina Seyahi and entire beach.

The hotel's location, rooms, beach, outdoor bar, breakfast, etc. are all very good. Although I checked in very late and left very early, I was deeply impressed by the hotel's service and environment. Next time I come to Dubai, I will stay at W again.

The hotel is designed as a hotel for adults, the hotel beach is located behind the Westin hotel, you can be taken there by car or walk around the hotel. If you look at the club area in front of the hotel on the beach where there is music and dancing and wine, then it’s not possible to be in it, but as I understand it, it’s just a club beach (if you want, you can be there for free if you don’t like it, go somewhere quieter) There are a lot of drunk and inappropriate people. The Westin leaves a good impression, you can stay on the premises of this hotel and have dinner and lunch, water is brought right to the beach, this hotel can take a glass and pour water with lemon, there is no bottled water on the beach and this is a 5 star. We were placed in a room for a construction site; it was impossible to sleep all day and the equipment worked all day and night too. They took a $700 deposit at check-in and upon check-out they informed us that we didn’t give anything because they didn’t give us a receipt. Upon arrival, since we had been waiting for a long time, they promised to accept the cocktail order, but the cocktail was never delivered. Maybe it just happened to us, but I’m just describing 2 days spent there. The rooftop pool was closed for private service, so there was no access for 2 days. Breakfast is good, there is a lot of choice, you can take coffee and detox drinks with you, everything is at the entrance.
