Very good hotel for family and kids, pool is a very nice

Everything was great! But if you planning to go to the city, malls, restaurants etc. it’s far away from here. But hotel have a la-card restaurant (can be included in halfboard) Raia - must to visit!

All conditions are very good, but the front desk staff is too careless and careless. I checked in with two children, one aged 4 and one 11 years old. When I checked in for breakfast, I was told that breakfast was free for the two children, so I didn't do it. When I checked out, I was told that the 11-year-old child would be charged half price of 75 dirhams. When paying, they did not charge half the price. Instead, they charged the original price of 150 dirhams for breakfast for an 11-year-old child. Then the phone was left in the lobby and the front desk staff helped to pick it up and keep it for safekeeping. When I turned back to the front desk staff and asked if I had found the phone, I was so impatient that I didn't even bother to ask the lost and found colleagues and just answered no.

Overall satisfied. The services in the hotel are good, but the service in the swimming pool is not very good. They did not provide towels and water on their own initiative, and only provided them after asking. Other aspects are not bad, the Indian hotel has upgraded the room type for free. The price/performance ratio is high, and the room type with breakfast and dinner is booked, which is very good value.

I would like to thank Mr. Sisir the cleaning man for his availability and his kindness in all circumstances. Staff, very friendly, majestic hotel, we had a great time. Cordially
