I didnt stay in this hotel as they upgrade me to the next sister hotel wyndham dubai deira . But thanks to the staff to assist me while check in at 4am. Tq. But one thing this hotel is really attached to the Metro station so it’s convenient

Great staff very polite and helpful! They even allowed us to check in early. The rooms were clean and breakfast was good. Location is very convenient and taxis were easily available.

Unfortunately, our experience with the receptionist was subpar. Despite booking a city view room, we were initially given a room with no view. Additionally, we had to wait an inordinate amount of time for the bellman to arrive. To make matters worse, when we requested a room change the next day, the receptionist denied our request, claiming no available rooms, even though we observed city view rooms being vacated. It was disappointing to not have our original booking honored and to face resistance when seeking a resolution.
