voco Bonnington Dubai

I stayed at Voco Bonnington Dubai not for business, which seems to be the usual reason for guests, but simply to experience it—and on Christmas Day no less. I went with my friend Hannah, and the Christmas decorations were beautifully done, adding to the festive atmosphere. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet—a wide variety of options and great food to start the day. The pool was nice and refreshingly cold, though the rooms felt a bit outdated compared to newer, more modern hotels. A big shoutout to the guy at reception—he was very hospitable and entertaining, which made the check-in experience pleasant, though I forgot his name. What I really appreciated was the free access to the sauna and steam room, definitely a great perk. The location is also a plus, right in the heart of JLT, surrounded by restaurants, spas, and barbershops, making everything easily accessible. Overall, a decent stay with some great features, though the rooms could use a refresh.

All the staff are polite, sincere and helpful. Steven in the front desk gave me a very warm welcome and introduce the hotel and service very clear,. He allowed me to check in earlier in the morning make me can have rest immediately after a long journey. All in all a very good hotel!

One of the staff walked into my room while I was having a shower and continued to stay there. Never experienced anything in any other hotel! Very very upset. No one thought to contact me whilst staying there to find out what happened! Very disappointed!

Best hotel, taxi n Uber are just outside . Staff are honestly the best love them 😍😍😍. It’s an easy location for those who r looking at going for fun activities , restaurants etc u would find them here or at less 25 mins or less away from the hotel.

This is the best proper hotel stay in the JLT area, look no further!

Excellent hotel. Will repeat next time in Dubai.
