Poor hygiene,old sheets,very noisy(the window was near a club)smoke smell everywhere,our room's card not working,safe box not working,very bad breakfast(one bread,one jam,one butter,one cup of hot water for tea for each person) not recommended at all

Disgustingly damp, replete with roaches, no hot water, hairs on sheets, super messy and no hygiene at all. location is good and close to union subway station though the staffs do not even listen to you for a simple thing like a glass or cup. horrible in one word!

This hotel is located in a place where there are many Indians and Bangladeshis. Because the price is low. It is very close to Etihad Metro. Free Wi-Fi. And the staff are good. The room is very clean and big. There is no problem in terms of cleaning the bathroom and toilet. The breakfast is very weak, one egg and two pieces of toast and jam. In general, it's good if it's all out. But it's better to choose a stronger hotel.

You can't call it a hotel. It's a dirty room with lots of insects. Broken bathtub and shower, dirty and broken refrigerator. The staff are Rude and unprofessional. The room does not even have drinking water bottles. If you ask them for drinking water, they tell you go outside and buy it we do not offer drinking water. Breakfast is awful, always some kind of fried egg and bread and tea if you look at the picture you will see that they do not even put a spoon for tea or fork for the egg. Do not go to this place. Does not deserves even one star.

This not fit to be a hotel or even a 1 star like really.. Wow ever goes book that place differently something wrong with your head. It's dirty, their standard to cleaning rooms or linen beding is 0% with hairs on pillows from previous people.. Totally rubbish place to stay even for night. Bath shower is broken and only cold water runs in the shower. With dead insects on bathroom..

By chance I ended up back in this hotel and after a while, the situation became much worse. All rooms are infested with cockroaches, dirty, the rooms are not cleaned, towels are not changed. The icing on the cake is the mousetrap in the hallway.. However, the staff are true to themselves - they are rude as usual - if you don’t like it, get out of here! Terribly dirty, disgusting hotel

I really don't recommend this hotel. A friend dragged me from another, also budget-friendly, place to a better place. At first glance, it’s just an old room, but there are very dirty curtains, mold, the water is barely warm, there are cockroaches, there are no towels, it’s even scary to ask for towels, we bought new ones, the bathroom hasn’t been cleaned for a long time either. We thought we could endure it and stocked up on antibacterial sprays, but after two days of torment we decided to move out even if we didn’t get our money back. I really don't recommend this place.
